I am the proud founder of JustBite. Already in 2018, I noticed that a lot of so-called “healthy” snacks still contained lots of sugars, fats or other additives. So I created a model to screen healthier products and turned my frustration into a business concept, JustBite was born. 

Our mission? To make the world a healthier place, one break at a time.

We do this by curating better-for-you snacks and drinks for:

VILT TV

VILT launched a bimonthly TV format in May 2014, of which I was appointed editor in chief. Through its TV format, VILT reports on a variety of agricultural topics with the aim of reaching a broad audience. I was responsible for:

- developing and researching content
- coordinating the production process
- communicating with different stakeholders

VILT

VILT is the Flemish Information Centre for Agriculture, a non-profit organization backed by both farmers federations and the Flemish government. VILT is a leading online news platform and communicates on agricultural topics through a daily newsletter and a website. As an editor, I was responsible for:

- writing in-depth analysis of a wide range of agricultural-related topics
- screening national and international agricultural news sources
- quality control and proofreading of published articles
- covering (inter)national press conferences, seminars and workshops
- monitoring international and European agricultural policy
- dissemination of content through social media
