Stacey is also the host of The Balanced Lady Boss podcast and has been a certified trainer since 1998. She is a Certified Mindset Transformation Coach and a Mindfulness & Evolving Leadership Consultant. She enjoys being a mother of 3 as well as a public speaker and author. Stacey is a breast cancer and clinical depression survivor and an active yoga and meditation practitioner.
