Also, I initiated and created the first ever UT Tyler Admissions newsletter for mass distribution, both digitally and in print, on a bi-annual basis. This was done by collaborating with departments across multiple colleges at the university. Additionally, I participated in the creation and implementation of new recruitment strategies and SWOT analyses.

These strategies have helped quadruple our number of active patients and expand our service through additional locations and providers. As my role expanded from Marketing Director to Chief Growth Officer, I also led special projects to add growth capacity, including everything from implementing new technology, to the design and construction of our new offices, to transition planning for new locations.  

The Dental Excellence patient experience is designed to completely change the way you think about dentistry. I get to be a part of the organizational development that helps make this happen. I was responsible for developing and building mutually beneficial relationships with municipal clients. I opened doors with municipal leaders by building strong relationships that resulted in opportunities to take their wish list of capital improvement projects and help move them forward. This often involved strategically identifying and pursuing funding opportunities to provide resources for such projects, and acting as a liaison between the client and State and Federal funding agencies.

I served as lead copywriter responsible for researching, writing, editing, and collaborating with marketing and management teams to produce marketing materials. This often included newsletters, brochures, e-mails, and proposal content. Working with project managers, design, and administrative team members, I coordinated, strategized, and wrote competitive responses to requests for qualifications. I provided public relations support, including writing press releases, media relations, workshop/seminar planning, and internal communications.

I worked with PDG clients to develop projects through the use of funding strategies that resulted in millions of dollars in grants for infrastructure projects.  I prepared competitive funding applications for municipal clients and provided extended support services, acting as client representative to State and Federal funding agencies as well as funds administrator.  PDG is an industry expert in obtaining project funding for its clients.

Prior to starting my coaching business, I spearheaded the growth of a dental group, partnering with the founder to 10X the business from a single doctor practice with 1,700 patients and eight employees to a multi-location dental group with over 15k patients, 100 employees, and correlating revenue growth.

With that growth came a need for structure. I implemented a business operating system that brought frameworks, accountabilities, systems, and alignment to the organization. I enjoyed the process and appreciated the positive impact it had so much that I decided to dedicate my career to helping businesses and their teams live out their God-given purpose and potential. 

My approach goes beyond traditional coaching and consulting. As a former EOS Implementer and Integrator, I’ve been on both sides of coaching & executing an operating system.
