I am me. Simple, yet complex. Not quite Coolidge’s “educated derelict,” but I’ve wandered through many schools of thought—listening, learning, and connecting. I’ve learned to appreciate aptitudes, build bridges, and create change. (The ABCs.)

For years, I advised institutions on (o)perations, (r)isk, (d)ata, (e)ngagement, and (r)egulation—what I call ORDER. Now my work is more human, and sometimes more chaotic: caregiving, mentoring, writing grants, and helping people navigate complexity with compassion.

People call me a superconnector. David Blumberg once called me a Tipping Point Connector (a nod to Malcolm Gladwell). Really, it’s just pattern recognition—seeing threads others miss, and helping people and ideas weave together.

I’ve worked across oil refineries and courtrooms, banks and behavioral health, lobbying and grassroots organizing. The through‑line? Data—and the people behind it. I’ve built databases for voter validation and tanker discharges, led analytics at major banks, and advised big data programs. But I’m not “a data person.” I’m someone who brings structure to chaos—and sometimes the reverse—then stitches things back together, like a torn‑and‑restored trick.

Whatever the title, my work is about protecting what matters: people. And I keep showing up—learning, collaborating, connecting, staying human. One of the coolest things, I've gotten to do was to become a member of U.S. Supreme Court Bar [ Admitted 2006 (pg 221): https://www.supremecourt.gov/orders/journal/jnl06.pdf ]

Our motto - we know nothing - and that mere fact, says something - that although we may know nothing, we start on an even keel with folks who KNOW plenty about their product, their service, their idea, their community or target market, and where they want to be - hopefully. Our shoebox is filled with what else? Shoes to walk in step with our clients, trek alongside them in parallel to their path to assure them we are here for the long haul, run beside them while guiding them through obstacles and connecting them to resources, jog with them as their coach, hang freely away from being chewed, and free to #Impact4Change by collaborating. One of our mentees said it best, we move nothing into something. And being a 501c3 organization, that's plenty said.
