Overview:
Since joining Tonkean, my overall contributions have balanced the fine line of standardization/repeatability and being agile enough to respond to the changing needs of the organization.

Current Successes:
- Marketo: Eliminating technical debt/standardizing data processes. Reorganization/improvement of data taxonomies/application throughout the lead lifecycle.
- Marketo: Scalable and repeatable structures for program management. Simplifying how we build marketing programs ensures consistent branding, user experience & enables deployment at scale vs treating every program as a standalone project.
- Tech stack: Improved native data connections to ensure 3rd party services integrate correctly with Marketo.
- Tech stack: Simplification. Services have been added/cut based on how they fit within our current stack. Operationally we get what we need without the time-intensive management. Current stack includes  SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, 6sense, Goldcast, Dreamdata, Tag Manager, Mixpanel, Zoominfo, Adwords and more.
- Reporting and Analytics. Working with RevOps to build common attribution reporting, bringing together the marketing and sales orgs as the lines of GTM motions continually blur. On the technical end, this exercise reflects data quality and has been instrumental in highlighting/validating  process changes.

Since joining Kespry, all marketing operations, paid advertising and SEO efforts have been brought inhouse, improving data accuracy, shortening program time to market and building a scalable/efficient marketing tech stack.

Ksquare, a leader in Salesforce & Digital Transformation services, and I have joined together to formally launch the brand and prepare for large scale sales growth in the coming 18-24mo.

- Launch of 2 new websites (ksquareinc.com) in April, 2019 & Sept 2019

For the Dick Hannah dealer group, digital advertising is a key component to the lead generation strategy for new, used and buy-back sales programs. For 2018, the digital objectives were:

- Refocus ad dollars by digital channel for improved utilization of mix (PPC, retargeting, social, email)
