- Instrumental in the R&D process for the creation and implementation of products, MVPs and POCs.

- Assisted and contributed to making key business decisions that shaped the direction in which the company and its products followed.

- Aided in the creation of technical documentation and SOW for the company's products and websites.

- Created and designed wireframes / mockups for the customer-facing landing pages and dashboards using tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe XD.

- Engineered a proprietary B2B Development A.I search application in Python, reducing manual data processing time by 85% for sales prospecting.

- Aided in the process of feature-driven-development, adding core usability and functionality to the main SYNQ product applications using React, Vite, Typescript, and a few external and internally built APIs ( Kliiq web app ).

- Optimized and revamped code, achieving a 95% improvement in responsiveness, contributing to a faster user experience on both web and mobile devices.
