As CEO of Customer 1st Caribbean Limited I have been responsible for conducting interventions in companies that guide them in their customer service transformation. Having worked with small, medium and large companies in the Caribbean , as well as other companies internationally , its a driving passion of mine to ensure that companies understand that the customer experience is the differentiator . In a world where we are digitally connected and disconnected the variable that makes the difference is "the experience". I coach companies to imbibe a service culture and strategy that innoculates against commoditization and ultimately revenue loss .
The Caribbean is a unique diaspora with equally unique cultural idiosyncracies , traversing this landscape moulding minds around service has been a most gratifying experience . Customer 1st is set to launch a paradigm shift in the way we view the customer experience , stay tuned .......
