My key role :

Developing and implementing the overall vision and strategy for the platform.

Working with a team of designers and developers to build the platform.

Marketing the platform to telecom professionals and encouraging them to join and participate in the community.

Managing the daily operations of the platform, including moderating content and responding to user inquiries.

Responsible for the post-integration Optimization of 3G clusters in Birmingham, worked with other 3G Planner/Optimizer in the optimization activities i.e. definition of clusters, preparation of cluster packs, the definition of drive routes, Node B functional checks, analyzing drive test using DA Script 3.0 

Led an area team who was responsible for the performance of the 2/2.5(GPRS) Network in West Midlands & Wales and made Birmingham the Best Performing Radio City in the country by resolving the quality, capacity and coverage problems.

Submitted the best 2G Area Radio Plan in the region for the requirements of new cells on the basis of ongoing optimization and radio planning issues. 

Have taken a lead in a number of in-house projects e.g. Introduced the effective usage of NOKIA-Network Doctor Tool in the region; Introduced the use of TRP setting for monitoring of TRX stats; Creation of Optimizer DB; Interference cleansing of the microcellular layer including power incrementing & Introduction of pre-build and post build Site Audits; Project Townes

Worked on the BSS Performance Management Portfolio and resolved the issues with the help of configuration, fault & load management.

After working in Oman for the past 𝟭𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, I’ve finally taken a decision that feels both personal and long overdue — I’ve invested in property here and chosen Oman as my long-term home and retirement destination.

Oman has always been special to me. Not just for its stability and natural beauty, but for its 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘁𝗵 of its people. These are qualities that are becoming increasingly rare, yet they remain deeply rooted in Omani culture.

From an investment perspective, the decision made even more sense:

- Immediate  family residency (parents included) with just 30% investment 
- Property prices nearly 2x cheaper than Dubai
- Excellent payment plan with up to 3 years post-handover
- A calm, sustainable lifestyle — ideal for long-term living and retirement

This decision didn’t come overnight. In fact, it was shaped by experience — including losing money in #Dubai real estate. That experience became my biggest teacher. I used my “Dubai lens” — market maturity, developer credibility, exit strategy, and risk assessment — to carefully evaluate and finalize my investment in Oman.

One part of this journey that I value deeply is that I made this investment together with my son. The idea was simple but powerful: to introduce him to financial management and real-world investing at an early stage. He is already an active investor in 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀, 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻, and this property became a practical lesson in patience, discipline, and long-term thinking — lessons no textbook can truly teach.

This time, the decision was data-driven, experience-backed, and future-focused.
