🔷Developed an improved, more efficient and consistent process for sourcing, recruiting, talent pipeline development, selection, and the on-boarding processes

• Processed admissions for incoming students ensuring all documents were in accordance with government regulations
•	Instructed English as a Second Language classes with the goal of obtaining student admissions to the university by achieving the mandatory TOEFL/IELTS scores
