Every day there’s a new "must-have" tool, and I see so many GTM Engineers asking: What should I learn now?

If you haven't started using Claude Code for writing your own scripts, building your own tools, you should try it out. It handles massive data sets and builds "crazy things" faster than any manual process ever could.

I paused digital nomading and came back to Islamabad to lock in and build DFY Automation and start working on long term investments.

It has been over a month and I decided to make a base here so wherever I go I have a permanent cave to get back to.

The last 2 months have been nothing less than a roller coaster ride.

Doing sales, running onboarding, doing research for clients, building GTM systems, learning and implementing new tech, trying to improve myself like crazy.

And I learned something important along the way. It is just as important to go in depth of things you are learning as it is to go wide.

But I was not doing that. I was trying to learn everything, test everything, build everything, and I felt impostor syndrome and shiny object syndrome hitting me hard at the same time.

I knew I need to calm down for a bit. I reintroduced meditation to my life. I started being consistent with my prayers. And I am still trying to find the balance between work and life and learning to not feel guilty when I rest.

It is all a work in progress as I build DFY Automation and an investment portfolio so I can be financially free in my 30s.

Some days are better than others but I just wanted to share some “Behind the scenes” of building a business and building a life in my 20s.

After 4 months running DFY Automation full-time (and 1.5 years of fractional and freelance work before that), one principle I've always stuck with:

Responsiveness wins.

Speed to Lead

Whether it's an inbound inquiry, a warm referral, or someone reaching out through your network, respond fast. The window between "interested" and "moved on" is shorter than you think.

Speed to Prospect

When a prospect has questions mid-conversation, hesitation is costly. If you're not quick to respond, they'll find answers elsewhere often from a competitor. Deals aren't lost to better solutions. They're lost to faster ones.

Speed to Client

For existing clients, speed builds trust. If you're serving US-based clients, be available in their time zone. When they reach out with a question or concern, a quick response signals reliability.

This doesn't just reduce churn, it compounds into referrals, renewals, and reputation.

Be reachable. 
Be responsive. 
Be the easiest person to work with.

List building has always been a time-consuming task. 

Now Claude Code does it faster than ever.

But what really makes this work is predictability: the right endpoints + clear instructions.

Claude is the engine. Prospeo.io is the fuel.

I just walked through the whole process:

- Testing API endpoints with Postman (useful when Claude Code is having struggles to validate them)
- Creating a SKILL.md file  (so Claude Code stops guessing and follows the workflow)
- Using Prospeo for lead data (Search + Enrich API, triple-verified emails, 7-day refresh cycle)
- 300M verified leads and companies, narrowed down with 30+ filters.

Nothing fancy - just a clear, simple setup that works.
