When I started my business, I was able to build to 7-figures in revenue while working full time in my corporate career. 

I grew that company to 8-figures and was awarded the Inc. 5000 award for being one of the fastest growing companies in the US (multiple times). During that time I recorded hundreds of podcasts and drove my show to the top of the charts. 

I wrote 3 best selling books, and have been featured on major news outlets across the country. 

I've helped thousands of entrepreneurs and their teams make 6 and 7 figure leaps in their business revenue and personal income. 

I did all of that with no connections, no trust fund, and no fancy education. 

Just grit, resourcefulness, and an unstoppable commitment to making my dreams a reality.

When you decide something is important to you:

Start small. Build habits. Repeat.

Most people go crazy for a week. They're excited, optimistic and determined.

Fast forward to 3 months (or even 3 WEEKS) later, and it's all fizzled out. 

Usually by that point, they've given up and moved on to a new dream, goal or project that has nothing to do with what they said they really wanted.

Get really clear on the 1 to 3 things you care deeply about accomplishing, and commit to a long term plan you can sustain.

Consistency over time beats intensity in the short term.

If you can nail the consistency part, THEN keep increasing intensity and that's how you will see your results explode.

A question I've been asking myself quite a bit lately:

What do I need to let go of in order to create space for where I am being called next?

Honestly... asking that question produces a lot of answers I really don’t like.

It's also how I know I'm getting closer to the bullseye.

This was the moment I knew I had to walk away from corporate….

What was your “aha” moment that inspired you to make the leap into entrepreneurship?

I almost cancelled that evening.

It wasn’t even something important. Just one of those “haan haan I’ll come” plans that you low-key hope get cancelled on their own.

I was tired. Didn’t feel like talking. Didn’t feel like explaining myself to anyone.

I even typed the message.

“Hey, something’s come up…”

And then just stared at it.

For some reason, I didn’t send it.

I went.

The event itself was very normal. Average. Loud. Slightly awkward.

But I had one random conversation in a corner with someone I barely knew.

They said something so casually about how they handle self-doubt and it hit me harder than it should have.

Not because it was profound. Because it was honest.

I came back home thinking about that one line.

It’s strange how perspective sometimes comes from places you almost skipped.

Now I think about all the times I’ve cancelled things because I didn’t “feel like it.”

Maybe half the growth in life is just showing up on low-energy days.

An HR head from an IT company reached out to me with a simple problem.

“Our team is technically strong. But our emails are costing us deals.”

Follow-ups sounded unsure. Proposals felt unclear. Client responses were slow or cold.

The issue wasn’t capability.
