Kate Nightingale is a consumer, retail and design psychologist

It was a great pleasure to deliver a training session to over 40 leaders at Puig. Everyone were so engaged and asked seriously brilliant questions.

I spoke about how to create inimitable brands presenting my concept of HUMAN Brand©️, discussing changing consumer psyche, and showing how to use emotions and senses in designing desired perceptions, behaviours and decisions. 

Huge thank you to Puig HR team for inviting me and all their support Raquel Roca, Gemma March Flotats, Felix Martin and Jacobo Del Campo and to WDHB SAS team who recommended me to the client and organised their whole training programme Issabella Orlando, Christophe Ramamonjy-Ratrimo, Kailah Seymour and Samuel Mueller. You were all incredible!

Thank you to Guillaume Ventura for his brilliant question on how to measure how HUMAN your brand is. Although we have our own unique HUMAN Brand Strategy Framework ©️ and Brand Perception Benchmarking ©️ based on our proprietary Brand Personality Framework ©️, this is only part of the equation. So, of course we will create HUMAN Brand Benchmarking©️ soon. 

In the meantime, I designed HUMAN Brand Toolkit©️ for the attendees so they can sense check all of their business and creative decisions against it to ensure brand's humanness and therefore achieve higher performance and engagement.
