I help financial advisors, attorneys, and CPAs with their clients by planning for life’s hardest events and mitigating consequences with long-term care (LTC) aka extended care. 

I help employers provide their employees with a caregiving support platform and LTC insurance.

I help clients and their families with their LTC and disability insurance planning needs. I design unique policies for each individual/family.

I’m a guide. I don't tell my clients what they should do, rather I listen to their needs, goals, and concerns and give them recommendations. Ultimately, it's up to them to decide.


🌟WHY I DO WHAT I DO
I know the value and importance of planning for the unexpected. 

I saw and experienced the difficult realities of extended care/LTC situations in my family. All of my grandparents needed LTC, but none of them had a written plan or LTC insurance. This put a tremendous amount of financial, physical, and emotional burdens on my family. I was a part-time caregiver to my grandma for a couple of years. I wish my family planned in advance for LTC and had insurance.

My father-in-law was a dentist and due to an accident lost significant vision and could no longer practice dentistry in his 40s. His individual disability policy provided valuable income for over 20 years to my husband's family! Without that policy, I just don’t know what they would’ve done.

It’s an honor to be able to come alongside clients and provide compassion and expertise in LTC and DI.

8 Moves in 4 Minutes to Reset Your Health

I had a couple of hours before the conference started.

So I slipped away to explore the Irish countryside. 

And found myself in front of a 14th-century abbey.

The ruins behind me, the green grass under me, and mountains all around. 

It was the kind of quiet beauty that makes you pause and wonder at this amazing planet we call home.

So, I did what anyone would have done...a get-up.

I post get-ups every Saturday to remind myself (and you) that the ability to get down to the ground and stand back up (without using your hands) is one of the simplest and strongest markers of longevity.

But it’s also a way of staying capable enough to enjoy moments like this.

Traveling. Exploring. Wandering through centuries-old ruins before stepping on stage.

As my friend and researcher Joe O Connor said in our group call yesterday, you can dream of all the places you'll go someday, but if you aren't healthy enough to enjoy it, it won't matter. 

Your body is the tool that makes those experiences possible.

Wherever you are today:
 👉 Sit all the way down.
 👉 Stand back up.
