I help financial advisors, attorneys, and CPAs with their clients by planning for life’s hardest events and mitigating consequences with long-term care (LTC) aka extended care. 

I help employers provide their employees with a caregiving support platform and LTC insurance.

I help clients and their families with their LTC and disability insurance planning needs. I design unique policies for each individual/family.

I’m a guide. I don't tell my clients what they should do, rather I listen to their needs, goals, and concerns and give them recommendations. Ultimately, it's up to them to decide.


🌟WHY I DO WHAT I DO
I know the value and importance of planning for the unexpected. 

I saw and experienced the difficult realities of extended care/LTC situations in my family. All of my grandparents needed LTC, but none of them had a written plan or LTC insurance. This put a tremendous amount of financial, physical, and emotional burdens on my family. I was a part-time caregiver to my grandma for a couple of years. I wish my family planned in advance for LTC and had insurance.

My father-in-law was a dentist and due to an accident lost significant vision and could no longer practice dentistry in his 40s. His individual disability policy provided valuable income for over 20 years to my husband's family! Without that policy, I just don’t know what they would’ve done.

It’s an honor to be able to come alongside clients and provide compassion and expertise in LTC and DI.

I also delivered daily point of sale consultation to wholesalers and have conducted 190 field speaking engagements to promote the sale of:  IUL, GUL, VUL and Linked Benefit - LTC products.  I participate in competitor conferences and have a strong network of industry contacts. (2005 to Dec 2019)

Advanced Sales Consultant:  I provided consultation to advisors on financial planning concepts with an emphasis in Executive Benefits, Estate Planning and IRA Distribution planning strategies.  I also led a team to improve service & leverage technology. (2002-2005). 

Property Casualty, Sales Training:  Instructor for all new-hire Nationwide agents.  I was recognized with Operational Excellence Award, for a “Perfect 6 Score” from students (1999-2001).

Urban Sales Representative:  Due to the consent decree, I served as a P/C agent to help drive sales.  I was responsible for community education and outreach along with point-of-sale underwriting.  Met all of my P/C sales objectives and qualified for Ohio Life Anniversary Conference (1998-1999). 

Life Internal Wholesaler:  I was the east coast Team Leader, and the top producing Internal Wholesaler for “The Best of America” life series.  Almost half of all the life production in the U.S. was generated out of my territory (1996-1998). 

CSR – Retirement Plans:   Recognized for building good will and obtaining highest number of SOAR awards due to my commitment as an advocate for our customers (1991-1995).

Information Manager, The Ohio Air National Guard:  Managed Airmen in 121st Tactical Fighter Wing. I was awarded “Airman of the Year” and became one of two women at Rickenbacker to be honored with the Air Force Achievement Medal one year for “Outstanding Performance” (1985-1991).

Child Welfare Investigator, Franklin County Children Services:  I was an advocate for the children in central Ohio and represented them on behalf of the county in Juvenile Court.  I was entrusted to investigate the most complex Level 3 cases of abuse and neglect (1990-1991).
