At World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC), I serve as the Head of the Student Connect initiative and Relationship Manager globally. In this dual role, I focus on fostering connections between academia and industry, creating opportunities for students to engage with the world of contract and commercial management. Through outreach programs and strategic partnerships, I aim to prepare students for future careers while driving awareness of the Student Connect initiative across India.

A key aspect of my role involves delivering impactful presentations at colleges and universities, where I address topics such as business strategy, networking, and the evolving landscape of contract management. My goal is to inspire and equip the next generation of professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to excel.

As a Relationship Manager, I manage client communications, build strategic partnerships, and oversee key projects in India. I conduct in-depth market research and analysis to align strategies with business objectives while providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. By bridging academic and corporate ecosystems, I play a critical role in driving meaningful collaboration and ensuring successful outcomes.

In the Editorial leadership role, I was responsible for reviewing and refining content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and engagement, upholding the publication’s high standards. My role extended beyond mere editing, as I led and mentored a dynamic content team, overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Additionally, I represented the publication at various industry events and conferences, acting as the face of the organization. This role involved advocating for our editorial mission and networking with industry peers to enhance our publication’s visibility and influence.

Editor

As Editor of the Monthly Economic Digest, I spearheaded content curation and contributed articles, focusing on key economic trends and insights. This role required a keen understanding of economic frameworks and market dynamics, enabling our readership to stay informed and engaged.

In my capacity as Chief Coordinator of the Youth Wing Department, I managed project initiatives and coordinated efforts across various economic research projects. My responsibilities extended to preparing comprehensive press releases, summary proceedings, and compendia for conferences, ensuring high-quality documentation and communication of our findings.

I was also entrusted with leading digital marketing strategies, directly managing the committee to align our department’s goals with broader organizational objectives. My role involved training employees and interns, fostering a learning environment that encouraged professional growth and development within the team.

As a leader of the Student Connect initiative at World Commerce & Contracting, I am deeply passionate about building communities that empower the next generation of leaders. My journey started in university and has grown into a career of nearly a decade — working across government, non-profit, and professional sectors to design and deliver global programmes that make a real impact.

As Head of Student Connect at WorldCC, I lead global campaigns, academic engagement, and high-impact events that bridge the gap between students and the commercial world. 

My professional journey began with formative lessons in focus and self-learning, rooted in my early experiences in theatre and competitive sports. These experiences honed my public speaking and problem-solving skills, which have been vital in leading teams and managing complex projects throughout my career.

Previously, as an Associate Director at Maharashtra Economic Development Council, I focused on business planning and market research. My efforts were recognized with the "Maharashtra's Youngest Editor" award from Shri Suresh Prabhu and the "Bahubeej Nidhi Award" for extraordinary performance at a young age from Shri Nitin Gadkari. These awards underscore the collective achievements of our teams and the collaborative ethos of our work environments.

In addition to my current role, I contribute to the broader business and academic communities by speaking on networking and strategy. This allows me to share my insights and experiences, further enhancing my engagement with aspiring professionals and industry peers. My passion for empowering individuals and transforming ideas into actionable results is what drives me.

I am also the founder of two startups, Open Frame & Brahma, where I apply strategic planning and robust business management to drive reform and innovation in economics and society. My role extends beyond traditional boundaries, combining strategic vision with practical solutions to contemporary business challenges.
