▪ Collaboratively led Northwell's efforts to secure a 5-year multi-million dollar grant from Bloomberg Philanthropies to establish the Northwell School of Health Sciences, a first-of-its-kind healthcare career high school, in collaboration with NYC Public Schools.

▪ Direct partnership in FutureReadyNYC, a collaborative effort with the Office of Student Pathways at NYC Public Schools to plan and build a healthcare talent pipeline with a pathway to economic security.  

▪ Launched the MedVoyage program in collaboration with North Shore University Hospital and Mineola H.S.; providing students with immersive, hands-on experiences in a variety of healthcare disciplines and fostering a bridge between education and real-world healthcare resources. Expanded to Long Island Jewish Valley Stream Hospital and Academy Charter School.

▪ Lead strategic partnership with Multiverse to implement tech apprenticeship pilot program and launch the Data/AI Academy driving innovation, talent development, and upskilling within the organization.

▪ Partner with the Chief Learning & Innovation Officer and clinical and administrative leadership to drive the strategic growth of key learning, education, innovation, and communication programs across the health system. 

▪ Develop relationships with external constituents to establish strong relationships that are complimentary with our strategic needs and reinforce our brand as a destination for innovation.
