Since I can ever remember, I've always gravitated towards and been fascinated by coaching and building teams - I legitimately love watching someone become successful by implementing a skill that I taught them. 

I've been fortunate enough to "get paid for what I love" by building teams across the startup world since 2015. I'm most proud of doing so from scratch, where I can take an environment with minimal momentum and hire smart people, implement scalable processes, train, coach, and watch these teams excel in their space. I've helped multiple companies improve all of their productivity metrics by well over 300%, and I don't see myself letting down anytime soon - did I mention that I love this stuff :)

I’m Aurelien, and I help b2b founders turn their personal brands into a revenue-generating machine.

My journey started 7 years ago when, at 15, I launched my first company, STRADA PARIS. I had no experience, but I had a vision.

Aurelien Scagnolari

Franco could make $500k/year at a top tech company. Instead, he is taking no salary, building a 40-person team. We've been building his personal brand for the past 14 months. Here's what happened:

When Franco and I started working together, he was in year one of Wollen Labs with minimal LinkedIn presence:

- Just over 5,000 followers
- Only 6 posts published total
- No clear strategy to reach decision-makers at traditional companies

But Franco had story most founders would envy.

Founding engineer at a VC-backed startup that raised $40M. Led a complete product redesign that tripled conversion rates. Managed cross-functional teams across Argentina and the US. Started his first company at 19 and scaled it across 8 countries.

His current company Wollen Labs, helps traditional companies go AI-native.
The challenge? Traditional, profitable companies only partner with people they trust. Franco needed to build credibility fast.

(a) The setup

We built Franco's content strategy around what makes him different:
While his competitors have Zoom calls from a WeWork in NY. 

Franco flies to meet operators in their facilities every single week (Nashville, Miami, NY, LA, Panama, etc)

His positioning became clear: technical depth + in-person partnership + focus on profitable operations.

We created content pillars based on his actual experience:

- Process engineering over feature building
- Quality craftsmanship in product development
- Real business fundamentals vs. VC hype
- Traditional businesses going digital

(b) Building his content engine

Franco had years of hard-won lessons from building products at scale. We needed a system to extract those stories and turn them into content that resonated with his target audience.

We focused on:

- Behind-the-scenes stories from his startup experience
- Contrasting approaches (consultants vs. operators, remote vs. in-person)
- Tactical breakdowns of product and culture decisions
- Honest reflections on what he's still learning

The content reflected his voice: direct, thoughtful, practitioner-grounded.

(c) The Results

In 14 months, Franco has:

- Tripled his team (10 to +30 people)
- Signed more clients than ever before
- Expanded across US and Latam
- Built a content presence that attracts the right partnerships

Founder at CURAT—D & 48 Assets | Distribution is personal now + insights on turning founders into their company’s most valuable distribution channel.

I generated 32 booked demos in 6 weeks for 48 Assets before the launch. Here's the signal-based outreach strategy that turned content engagement into conversations.

If you create content as a business owner, you're generating eyeballs.

1000s of profiles interacted with my content last year.

If I hadn't reached out to them, I'd be missing a lot of business.

So here's what I did:

Looked at everyone who engaged with my posts. Filtered based on my ICP. Then sent a simple message:

"Hey, I just launched 48 Assets - we turn a one hour conversation into 48 pieces of content. Based on your [something they do/did], I think it would make sense to chat. Let me know if you're available."

That's it.

30 requests sent per day. Around 15 acceptances. Over time, that built into 3 to 5 solid conversations per week. Then 1 to 2 clients signed per week.

Anyone in B2B can replicate this.

First, know your ICP.

Actually know who you're trying to reach.

- Write down job title, company size, and industry.
- Add one problem they have that you solve.
- If you can't describe them in one sentence, keep refining.

Then find them in two places:

Cold: Use Sales Navigator. Go to your competitors' posts. Build lists of people who engage with content in your space.

- Search competitors by name.
- Click into their recent posts.
- Look at who's commenting
- Export those profiles into a list.

That's your outbound.

Warm: Look at your own content. Who's already paying attention? Filter them by ICP and reach out.

- Check your notifications weekly. Screenshot engaged profiles.
- Cross-reference with your ICP criteria.
- Prioritize commenters over likers. They're more invested.

The better your content, the better this works.

I had someone reach out recently. They were crushing the numbers.

So I ran an analysis. I looked at everyone who'd engaged with their content over the past year.

2,000 people.

Out of those 2,000, only 25 actually fit their ICP.

I'd rather have 500 engagements with 300 in my ICP than 10,000 with 25 in my ICP.

Who you're talking to in your content matters more than how many people see it.

I have 13,000 followers. I know people with 250K who make a fraction of what our business makes.

Create content that speaks to your ICP.

Then reach out to the people who respond to it.

We generate 48 pieces of content from one hour of a founder's time. Here's exactly how we do it - step by step (and how you can too):

(1) The founder audit

We spend two full days auditing a founder's entire online presence before they ever step into a studio for 48 Assets. 

We're looking for what they can't see.

- Google your name in quotes → go past page one.
- Scroll to your first LinkedIn post → read everything upward.
- Search your name on YouTube and podcast platforms.

(2) Competitor analysis

We run a competitive analysis to understand what's already being said in their space. The goal is to make them sound different, not like everyone else. 

- Pick five founders in your space who post consistently.
- Note the topics they all repeat.
- Find what none of them say.

(3) Onboarding questionnaire

Once we know what's out there, we send them a tailored onboarding questionnaire. We ask about what they're comfortable sharing, stories they've lived, their tone of voice, content styles they prefer.

- Write down ten stories you'd actually tell at dinner.
- Go through your camera roll. Flag anything showing real life.
- Decide now what you're comfortable sharing publicly.

(4) Studio agenda

After the questionnaire, we build the studio agenda around four pillars:

Origin - The backstory, where they came from, the failures, turning points.
Vision - Where they're taking the company and why it matters.
Proof - Client results, case studies, wins.
POV - The opinions they hold that others might disagree with.

(5) The extraction

We spend roughly 15 minutes on each pillar during the one-hour extraction session.

That one hour covers 15 to 20 topics across those four pillars. Each topic becomes two to three pieces of content. A long-form clip. A short-form clip. A LinkedIn post. A tweet. Sometimes a graphic or carousel.

The session itself is structured but conversational. We're not reading questions off a sheet. We're following threads. If something interesting comes up, we go deeper. But we always hit those four pillars.

- Set a timer for 15 minutes per pillar → record yourself talking.
- Don't script it - talk like you're explaining to a new hire.
- Note timestamps when something surprises you.

(6) The production

Once we have the footage from our studio partners, we get to work. We pull the best moments and turn them into content. We develop a branding style based on the founder's presence. Some will have simple edits, some more complex, depending on the industry.

Two weeks after the studio session, the client receives their content. We have a debrief call. And then we're ready to roll.
