Some of the best advice I've ever received and continue to pass along to the people I work with is, "figure out what you love, and then find a way to get paid for it." Since I can ever remember, I've always gravitated towards and been fascinated by coaching and building teams - I legitimately love watching someone become successful by implementing a skill that I taught them. 

I've been fortunate enough to "get paid for what I love" by building teams across the startup world since 2015. I'm most proud of doing so from scratch, where I can take an environment with minimal momentum and hire smart people, implement scalable processes, train, coach, and watch these teams excel in their space. I've helped multiple companies improve all of their productivity metrics by well over 300%, and I don't see myself letting down anytime soon - did I mention that I love this stuff :)

My contribution was to lead the team, develop brand, sponsorship, entertainment and community programming along with innovative marketing and promotions to get the word out. The Jump for Joy Foundation

As a victim of childhood obesity, I co-founded  the Jump for Joy foundation (J4JF) in 2010. The organization brings awareness to the childhood obesity epidemic in Southern Nevada. "We make it fun and cool for kids to be healthy, active, and fit."  I have used my talent and resources in dance to create innovative programs that teach fitness, nutrition, and positive psychology. I have also worked diligently to spread the word about J4JF in efforts with collect funding to keep the organization striving.

Beach Bash Fashion is a retro inspired clothing line that made its mark in the Las Vegas community in 2012. The brand was slowly becoming known inside the Bettie Page stores and through Google search. In 2013, I was asked to lead the marketing team. Through our efforts we were able to bring more clientele through digital marketing, community outreach including, business and non-profit fashion shows, and increased sales over 30%. Before leaving I lead the efforts in opening the first Beach Bash Fashion store front located at the world famous Forum Shops inside Caesars Palace.

What started as a side hustle while working in software sales quickly grew into a six-figure business within a year. After being laid off from my software sales role, I made the leap to go all-in on Local Wave—and it’s been the best decision of my life. We're expanding our team and investing in the company to deliver faster results through a more seamless customer experience—while targeting a tenfold revenue increase by the end of 2025.

My entrepreneurial journey didn’t start here. A few years back my wife and I founded Live to Give Group, a PR agency helping speakers, authors, and nonprofits gain visibility and amplify their impact. Together, we’ve built a team that’s deeply committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Business is just one piece of the picture. 2025 is a year dedicated to expression, creativity, and growth across business, relationships, and personal development. I'm:

-Ran 25 miles for charity in March to benefit the Firefighters of Southern Nevada Burn Foundation and Costa Rican NGO initiatives.  

-Pursuing 200 hours of Kundalini Yoga teacher training—an incredibly transformative journey that has deepened my resilience, focus, and spirituality.

- Working on my Public Speaking and Improv skills, which I'll definitely share the journey with you all.

- Becoming a godfather for my niece this year, which is a major responsibility. Shout out to all the Gdads out there.

- My wife and I are planning to start a family.

- Build community
