MUST HAVE:

- Beverage experience within Energy, Hydration, Wellness Beverage, Water, or RTD (non-alc)

- Early stage beverage experience, ideally starting early and scaling to $20Mm+

- Multichannel retailer experience (C-Store, Mass, Club, Grocery, Foodservice, Natural)

- Previously been Vice President, President, CSO, or similar executive level leader within a beverage company.


The right candidate will be both strategic and tactical. They should be comfortable working autonomously and coaching teams while building and executing GTM strategy from the ground up.
