Coles Skincare 2010-13: Highest share & sales performance for Olay & NEW SKU launches in ANZ. #1 Asia Retailer partnership for Olay, resulting in key partnership programs with Coles including; event promotions, anti-theft technology, always on display [44 of 52wks], joint demand planning & forecasting and shared strategy planning & review.

Coles Healthcare 2012-13: Double share of shelf for Vicks Confectionary and Tampax leading to double digit growth [fastest in Australia]. Record breaking Metamucil sales results, best week, month and full year share. Vicks winter campaign with 16wk multi-touchpoint display, promotion, catalogue and shopper marketing campaign.

National Account Manager - Coles: Skincare, Medicinal, Pregnancy, Feminine Hygiene and Confectionery

Account Manager for Olay in Coles Supermarkets, Target and Kmart. My role includes category strategy development, market and category analysis and insights, promotion planning & forecasting, new product development customer launch and leverage plans, shopper focused layouts, end to end execution management and loss prevention. 

I work directly with Coles, Target and Kmart's Merchandising, Supply Planning, Space Planning, Loss Prevention and Store Operations team.

Professional Achievements

Target Skincare 2010-12: Largest ever skincare launch, 200% more units sold per store than pharmacy and 400% more than grocery. Program included 80 store live demo program, advertised back page catalogue and online.

Kmart Skincare 2010 to 2012: Despite significant shift in retail strategy, leading to de-prioritization of beauty and significant brand and SKU deletions. Olay partnered with Kmart on developing revised category strategy. Olay share of shelf and share of SKU improved with change. Core business sales increased 8% and retailer profitability increased 22%.

Account Manager for Vicks and Metamucil in Coles Supermarkets. My role includes category strategy development, market and category analysis and insights, promotion planning & forecasting, new product development customer launch and leverage plans, shopper focused layouts, end to end execution management.

Account Manager for P&G's Health & Beauty and Home Care brands specialising in Duracell. I managed over 16 accounts, with 3 indirect reports. My accounts included Metcash, Spar, State Government, Mining, third part distributors, newsagents, convenience and local retailers. My role included seeking out and signing up new accounts, search and close distribution opportunities across the portfolio, end to end product supply and local area marketing plans.
