Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with fantastic clients like SNOW, STRONGER, OODIE, GOODIEANDCO, and more, managing budgets up to 9 figures and building remote teams from the ground up. I'm always eager to take on new challenges and find innovative ways to help businesses grow.

But my passion doesn't stop with business growth. In response to the war in Ukraine, I co-founded DIDO, a non-profit organization aimed at reinventing and decentralizing charity systems. As the managing director my role was to oversee the operations of all departments for the 7 DTC brands.

Together with the team we grew from 1000 to 16m in revenue bootstrapped.

Scaled a team from 4 to 42 people remotely. 

I also launched the creator agency, where we build brands for large creators and influencers.

Design Impact:
1. Drove the initiative to kick off first Design System in the company. Received a buy-in from key stakeholders and leadership. Now, in the process of building out a comprehensive library that is being used across 5 brand categories with over 10 different products. 

2. Designed brand new, mobile-first, platform for States and Provinces to manage and track environmental volunteering efforts in order to obtain grants and funding. Result: increased number of imputed hours by 600%. Prior to this, most State Agencies would record hours using pen and paper. 

Daily life: 
- Shared resource amongst 3 working groups. Here I'm always owning and driving multiple design initiatives, from discovery and research to final implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

- Advocating for user centric design principles, leveraging research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform decisions.

- Partnering with product managers, engineer leaders, and business stakeholders to develop and execute a cohesive design vision that exceed business goals all while ensuring products are intuitive and accessible. 

- Staying ahead of industry trends, bringing innovative design approaches and tools to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

At AOG Designs, I lead independent product design work across web and mobile experiences—delivering user-centered solutions for early-stage startups, nonprofits, and community-driven platforms. My work spans discovery to delivery: facilitating workshops, mapping user journeys, designing high-fidelity interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

In parallel, I dedicate time to coaching and mentorship—offering guidance to emerging designers through ADPList, Humber College, and grassroots design communities. My work focused on designing both B2B and B2C portals and mobile applications using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), ensuring top-tier digital accessibility (WCAG 2.1, AODA compliance), and building cohesive digital branding strategies for clients.

My impact: 

1. Streamlined Onboarding for Commercial Banking.
Reduced client onboarding time from 3-5 weeks to 7 days or less, achieving a 500%+ improvement and creating a seamless user experience.

2. Simplified life for cancer patients.
Designed an accessible Salesforce portal allowing terminally ill patients to manage appointments across devices, moving away from phone or in-person-only options.

3. Eased stress for newcomers arriving at Toronto Pearson Airport. 
Developed trilingual guides for refugees at Toronto Pearson Airport, covering essential resources such as shelter, food, medical support, and community connections.

4. Youth in Foster Care program in British Columbia can now easily access their benefits. 
Shipped a bilingual portal that allows youth easily gain access to their benefits, without having to book an in person appointment with their Social Worker.

Leveraging 10 years of interviewing skills and 4 years of working in the design industry, to guide students through the process of landing their first job in Product Design. My goal is to ease students anxiety associated with their career hunt and support them throughout the entire process.

Landing this paid co-op after only 2 semesters of college, here I began my  journey of applying theory to practice.

Although on the books my job was to provide excellent customer experience, I did so much more than that. 
Working at the airport has its ebbs and flows, and because I can't sit still, I was doing things even during down time. Back then I was just doing things that made me *happy*. Now I realize that I was doing Service Designer tasks.

For example: 
- Improved efficiency of re-stock carts on the floor by organizing them in order of operations, labeled all of the items, and visually improved the aesthetic. 
-Documented the entire job process and created a detailed Job Manuel that was later used in training new employees. 
- Streamlined off-boarding process for flights that had over 10 guests with special needs. Resulting in faster and safer arrival home, all while reducing number of injuries my coworkers endured.
- Without knowing it, conducted user persona interviews while assisting guests that required special care. Why? Because often times I would spend anywhere between 10 minutes and 2 hours with a guest, so to make times pass by faster I would ask them to share their stories with me. Some stories I would even document in a little red journal because they were so fascinating to me.
