At Aircall, I manage a portfolio of 150+ channel partners across our integrations ecosystem, with a primary focus on HubSpot agencies. 

I am responsible for managing existing partner relationships, generating revenue for Aircall via our channel partners & their customers, and working in tandem with Channel Partner Acquisition Specialists to manage a pipeline of net new channel partners.

•	Planning, scheduling, and creative directing photoshoots to shoot content for the month for social media and web updates
•	Initiating, sourcing, writing, and editing original content for various pieces of collateral such as email campaigns, blog posts, and social media posts (Instagram, FB, TikTok)
•	Working with platforms such as Later, Mailchimp, Canva, and Shopify to increase engagement and manage content

•	Recruiting, onboarding, and managing 40+ agency partners and creating a tiering system to prioritize top partnerships and manage time more effectively
•	Presenting the value of our solutions to the partners and how it benefits their customers by creating on-demand training modules
•	Forecasting partner sales activity and achieving revenue goals
•	Assisting agency partners in developing their go-to-market and co-marketing plans with Vidyard
•	Guest on podcasts and webinars to further brand awareness and train on video communication best practices

Strategic Partnerships Manager

I help to convert prospects into customers and generate revenue for the company. I develop relationships with qualified leads to educate, identify needs and propose how Vidyard can help. 

Sales Execution – Following up with warm leads, developing a strong pipeline, educating prospects, maintaining accurate and appropriate records within CRM system, and transitioning account ownership to account executives.

Strategic Sales Planning – Prioritizing prospects based on attractiveness criteria and company goals, developing value propositions to meet the unique needs of each prospect and overcoming objections.

In my current role at Aircall, I specialize in driving partner success by fostering strategic strategic partnerships, delivering impactful training sessions, and leading initiatives that position our partners for peak performance during critical sales periods like Black Friday and Cyber Monday. My ability to communicate effectively and energize teams has been key in co-hosting webinars, developing partner programs, and managing various projects.

Beyond the professional sphere, I’m an extrovert who finds joy in connecting with others—whether through travel, meeting new people, or engaging in my latest hobbies like scrapbooking, tennis, and hosting dinner parties. My entrepreneurial spirit was ignited during my university years when I launched "Bossy Women," a podcast celebrating the journeys of female entrepreneurs. As the social convener when I was in university, I discovered my love for event planning, a skill I continue to utilize in both my personal and professional life.

I can't go back to the person I was 1 week ago.

I have so much to share about being at Zero Project this year. 
I'm still gathering the words, reflecting on the experiences, the insights, the people and organizations not just talking about accessibility and inclusion, but living it, building it, literally changing the world as we know it. 

From meeting some of Canada's incredible leaders in person, like Dino Zuppa, Stephanie Cadieux, Carla Qualtrough, Christopher T. Sutton, to hugs with Maureen Haan and airport chats with Sambhavi Chandrashekar, PhD. I've never been more proud to be a Canadian and be presenting along side these leaders at the conference!

Listening to Sinéad Burke, Nikki Lilly, Susan Scott-Parker, and others speak. 
Meeting Steven Scott, Andy Frank, Anja Uršič, Gautham Devlekar, Gréta Kövecses, Leah K., Aliaa Shanab, Renate Baur-Richter, Emma Zagar, Erin Brooker Lozott, EdD, BCBA-D, CCC-SLP, Clare Gibellini, Hasan Tayem, Christine Hemphill, FMRS, Corbb O'Connor, Jennie Berry and so many others!

And having Martin Essl join one of my morning yoga/talk sessions with a quick connection afterwards. 
The entire experience was expansive for me in many ways.

My conference experience included presenting Thursday and Friday mornings, having 20+ meetings and having an exhibition booth over 3 days. 
While I have many pictures and videos I'm excited to share over the coming days and weeks, the ones I don't have are of the tears shared with new connections at our booth.

Sharing the vision of Sekond Skin Society and how I see the world changing because we exist brought many people to tears. 
This isn't "just an app". It's not even just about fitness or movement. 
It's about valuing all bodies in a way we have never experienced before. Not in my lifetime. Not in yours. 
The fact is this industry (fitness/yoga/movement) plays such a large role in how society values bodies. By not just including, but empowering people with disabilities as leaders in this industry... it can, it will, and it already is shifting the entire conversation. Sekond Skin isn't just a powerful case study for disability inclusion. We are changing the entire industry - changing how society values all bodies - because of disabled leadership.

The goal was taking Sekond Skin to the global stage and developing partnerships at the conference. I left with so much more.

I've always had a fire in me for this. That fire has carried me this far. What I am feeling now is more than just a fire. It's a "cure for cancer" I feel compelled to shout from the rooftops more loudly, more boldly than I ever have before.
