I am responsible for managing existing partner relationships, generating revenue for Aircall via our channel partners & their customers, and working in tandem with Channel Partner Acquisition Specialists to manage a pipeline of net new channel partners.

• Spearheaded the HubSpot global partner marketing strategy, orchestrating quarterly co-marketing campaigns that delivered 10k+ leads and influenced ~$50k+ pipeline per quarter, resulting in one of HubSpot’s top 10 performing co-marketing offers 
• Designed and implemented a scalable partner marketing rubric and global processes to rank and prioritize 30+ technology partners for co-marketing inclusion, distribution and engagement campaign opportunities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and campaign effectiveness

Senior Partner Marketing Manager

I was brought onto the Aircall Demand Gen team in North America as Demand Generation Manager to build out processes and grow our app marketplace of integrations. By showing initial success with the marketplace growth involving events, partner marketing campaigns I was given additional responsibility out of the scope of my role to manage our ABM campaigns with the outbound sales team. After my first quarter managing the ABM campaigns with the sales team and meeting our outbound revenue goal for the first time in North America, I transitioned to this field marketing manager role to continue working closely with our global demand gen team and greater sales team to drive revenue and continue to build out the North American field marketing practice.

• Successfully transitioned live events to a virtual strategy during COVID-19, hosting engaging webinars with an impressive 50% attendance rate and seamless BDR follow-up, ensuring continued lead generation and pipeline growth
