THIS is the secret to achieving your 2026 goals 👇🏼


SET YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS.

I used to set myself these huge goals.
I’d work on them for a few weeks,
and then give up.

I always wondered why I couldn’t stick to them.

But now I know…

I didn’t have the right systems in place.

To achieve anything in life
you have to make it easy for yourself.

Let’s use running as an example.

Goal: run a sub-4 marathon.

How I’m going to achieve that:

→ 1 long run per week
→ 1 easy run per week
→ 1 interval run per week
→ 2 strength sessions per week

If I left it there and had no SYSTEMS in place to get those things done, it would be very difficult for me to stick to the plan.

So then I think, how do I make this EASY:
(AKA my systems)

→ Meal prep to fuel my runs properly
→ Schedule my training in my calendar
→ Track my progress to stay motivated
→ Lay out my running gear the night before
→ Have a backup indoor plan for bad weather

This can be applied to any situation.

Whenever you have a goal, ask yourself:
“How can I make this EASY”.

Don’t rely on motivation to achieve your goals.
Trust me, it won’t work (I’ve tried).

Starting a marketing agency whilst at university changed my life forever.

Here’s what happened:

2023 I started a marketing agency LABS Media

- I had no clue what I was doing
- Wasted a tonne of time

2024 I got my act together.

8 weeks later: He started booking 3 sales calls p/week on LinkedIn.

But the coolest part for Harry?

Now he doesn’t spend time ‘hoping’ for leads.

He has a system he can turn on/off as he needs it!

Just by making one simple change:

Using LinkedIn as a marketing tool. 
Not a networking tool

I got 3 financial advisers to do the same last month:

1.  Went from 0 → 4 calls after 7 days
2.  Went from 0 → 5 calls in 21 days
3.  Went from 0 → 2 calls per week

(and that's just in one month!)

So if you want to use LinkedIn to book appointments

Without wasting hours of your time to get nothing back

Here's 3 steps to make it happen:

(must do all 3 for it to actually work)

1. Make your LinkedIn network Ideal clients

Most financial advisers have a LinkedIn network that is 95% financial advisers. To start booking appointments you want this to be 95% ideal clients. To do this:

1. Start connecting with clients (20 p/day)
2. Stop connecting with other advisers

Soon your network will shift from 95% advisers to 95% ideal clients. AKA the foundations to book appointments!

2. Post content that positions you as a trusted expert

Choosing a financial adviser is a big commitment. Prospects are trusting their life savings to you. We want to earn that trust by posting helpful content that shows: 

1. You are an expert 
2. You have helped others like them
3. You can be trusted.

This builds a trusted audience we can convert into appointments. 

The better the content the bigger your audience. The bigger your audience the more trust you build. The more trust you build the more calls you book. SImple.

3. Send DMs to convert audience → appointments

Now you have:

1. Network that is mostly clients
2. Positioned yourself as a trusted expert

You can start conversations with your audience to:

1. Introduce yourself
2. See if they have a problem you can solve
3. Book appointments

We do this by:

1.  Starting 10 conversations p/day
2.  Asking questions to spot their problem
3. Offering a free appointment to help them

Message lots when you need appointments.
Message less when you don't need appointments.

DMs are kinda like a tap you turn on/off based on how busy you are.

LinkedIn is a goldmine for financial advisers

If you just start using it as a marketing tool.

These 3 steps make it happen :)
