Sometimes it comes from over-giving.

For months, I said “yes” to every request.

Free 1-hour calls.
Free sessions “just to help.”
Free emotional labour.

People appreciated it…
but I didn’t realise what it was quietly costing me.

Then it hit me 
20 straight days where I couldn’t work.
