I believe the best ideas in the AWS ecosystem shouldn't be locked behind paywalls or big marketing budgets. That's why I spend a lot of my time building communities where knowledge flows freely.

I'm VP of Operations at Rhythmic Technologies, where I lead Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Customer Success, and Compliance. But the work I'm most proud of happens outside my day job.

I founded the AWS Partner User Group—a free, peer-driven community of 100+ partners helping each other navigate the AWS ecosystem. I lead the AWS Cleveland and AWS DMV User Groups. I lead AWS DMV Community Day and serve on the organizing committee for AWS Midwest Community Day. In 2025, AWS recognized this work with the "Invent & Simplify Champion" award and a Community Travel Grant. Most recently, I was awarded Female MSP Leader of the Year by Superops. 

I have a pattern of seeing gaps nobody's filling and stepping in. Sometimes that's building a community. Sometimes that's mentoring early-career women so they don't have to learn lessons the hard way. Sometimes it's just asking the question everyone else is afraid to ask.

In my free time, I'm a passionate but frustrated Cleveland sports fan, an avid photographer, GenAI enthusiast, and mom to three grown children and three unruly cats.

As the Onix Leadership Committee's head, I was crucial to the growth of associate leadership throughout the organization. I served as the primary point of contact for clients and employees inside the company.

• Established a strong and positive reputation by representing the company at professional conferences and meetings.
• Supervised managers and individual contributors for hiring, career development, allocating funds, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing general operations.

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company

For all enterprise portal, collaboration, and content management solutions, such as Google Workspace, SharePoint, SAP Netweaver Portal, SAP DMS, LaserFiche, and Documentum, I was in charge of overseeing the work of full-time employees. I was in charge of the architectural, support, maintenance, and interoperability budgets. By working with business partners, I made sure all applications and processes remained useful or were replaced, retired, or refactored to match changing conditions. I oversaw system assessments for mergers and acquisitions as well as system migrations and integrations. As the project manager for the global rollout of Google Workspaces to replace Exchange, I oversaw fifteen coworkers and contractors to finish this $1.5 million project on schedule and on schedule.

• Constantly promoted the company's adoption of new and developing technology in the workplace.
• Ensured completion of $1.5M project on time and budget, leveraging Scott's methodology and Microsoft Project with 15 associates and contractors.

I'm currently employed with 2md Watch in Seattle. My responsibility is to set the technical sales, services, and support-focused strategic direction for the cloud company. 

I can work with customers, salespeople, delivery teams, and channel partners to develop strategies that will more effectively coordinate cross-functional collaboration and shorten the time to close. I am skilled at leading teams to provide all pre-sales support, create technical proposals and RFP answers, and provide upkeep and support in the environments of end clients.
