I believe the best ideas in the AWS ecosystem shouldn't be locked behind paywalls or big marketing budgets. That's why I spend a lot of my time building communities where knowledge flows freely.

I'm VP of Operations at Rhythmic Technologies, where I lead Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Customer Success, and Compliance. But the work I'm most proud of happens outside my day job.

I founded the AWS Partner User Group—a free, peer-driven community of 100+ partners helping each other navigate the AWS ecosystem. I lead the AWS Cleveland and AWS DMV User Groups. I lead AWS DMV Community Day and serve on the organizing committee for AWS Midwest Community Day. In 2025, AWS recognized this work with the "Invent & Simplify Champion" award and a Community Travel Grant. Most recently, I was awarded Female MSP Leader of the Year by Superops. 

I have a pattern of seeing gaps nobody's filling and stepping in. Sometimes that's building a community. Sometimes that's mentoring early-career women so they don't have to learn lessons the hard way. Sometimes it's just asking the question everyone else is afraid to ask.

In my free time, I'm a passionate but frustrated Cleveland sports fan, an avid photographer, GenAI enthusiast, and mom to three grown children and three unruly cats.

Counts, records, verifies accounts receivable of credit card transactions and posts the accounting information gathered from the audit to the appropriate ledgers. Process payroll through ADP services and maintain personnel files and benefits for over 120+ employees. In addition to maintaining an organized office, I assisted the private party department in promoting and generating sales while planning several events and measures that generated over 9k in sales revenue. On occasion, acted as the opening manager maintaining high-quality hospitality.

Actively assisted management with events that increased operating profits by 73% since 2010 by recognizing customers’ needs and wants while consistently exceeding customers’ and restaurant management expectations. Developed and updated In-House Host training procedures and created an effective, enthusiastic learning environment while increasing revenue and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Event Marketing Manager

Developing event marketing strategies and execution of a local GovCon association with over 2500 members. Hosting events both online and in-person and acting as the point of contact for all event and marketing-related efforts for the association. Creating visuals, maintaining multiple social media accounts and custom graphics for many local meetup groups.
