CSM is an great example of a smaller company that thinks and acts big.   Our focus was within hospitality, commercial, and multi-family residential.    This was a perfect kick start of sales.   They were on the precipice of realizing a higher levels of revenue attainment.    What I was able to bring to them was strategy, rigor, and discipline to the supporting goals and tactics.  Reinvigorating their sales process and thus their training that yet again support their overall corporate strategy.    Then I moved on to the sales and marketing teams performance metrics and structure, and lastly working closely with our Human Resources to change how we look at top performance and those we recruited into the firm.

Responsible for all pre-opening sales and marketing efforts of new IHG Lifestyle/Luxury branded hotels in the United States; managed and franchised hotels.
•	Led detailed, measurable processes with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite members and global teammates, that increased shareholder results throughout the hotel opening lifecycle.
•	Developed and managed pre-opening B2B/B2C marketing budgets of $300k and year one topline revenue budgets of up to $16 million per hotel.
•	Responsible for full commercial opening process of 5 InterContinental Hotels and 3 EVEN Hotels.  Implemented project plans and strategies for sales, revenue management, marketing, public relations, hiring, branding, budgeting, training from ground break to post opening. 
•	Collaborated with brand and operations teams to revitalize EVEN Hotels.  Commercial, topline revenue lead for all 13 hotels, plus 7 in immediate pipeline; developed marketing plan, revenue opportunities and reporting process.
•	Held key role in projects: Developed more effective lifestyle/luxury Director of Sales and Marketing onboarding/orientation for managed/franchised hotels.  Discovered opportunities for global improvements in rate channel management.  Coordinated sales system change to Delphi FDC for managed hotel portfolio.  Developed COVID-19 meetings and events guidelines.

Crescent Hotels & Resorts

Transitioned hotels in North America into the Crescent culture to maximize results, and limit ramp time.
•	Topline revenue project leader on 12 franchised hotel transition/new build/brand change projects, across Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott and legacy Starwood brands, in 2017.
•	Initiated and implemented a special project to develop operating procedures to significantly improved change management adoption by partnering with ownership groups, transition team members, business development, revenue management, global sales, B2B and B2C digital/marketing strategy and regional teams. 
•	Led sales task force team of 7; managed scheduling, communication plans and resource needs.
•	Created and implemented detailed project plans, critical paths, processes and presentations to best orient new hotel teams to Crescent and improve efficiencies quickly.

•	10,362 guestrooms – 26 management companies – 4 brands.
•	Position evolved: 1st (2) years supported 120 hotels from Canada - Caribbean; 2nd (2) yrs supported 72 hotels from Mid-Atlantic – Caribbean.
•	Regional results for 2016 YTD through September: Exceeded RPIPC goal by 47%; exceeded previous year fees by $5M (8.7% growth).
•	Understood various management/ownership company philosophies, and how best to support hotels to reach their goals, maximize revenue and increase franchise fee production.
•	Strategized with hotels to review progress to goals, train on sales systems, provide best practice options and create unique ways to increase room nights while maintaining rate (potentially in declining markets).
•	Developed training, mentored and helped lead all 7 new team members.
