CSM is an great example of a smaller company that thinks and acts big.   Our focus was within hospitality, commercial, and multi-family residential.    This was a perfect kick start of sales.   They were on the precipice of realizing a higher levels of revenue attainment.    What I was able to bring to them was strategy, rigor, and discipline to the supporting goals and tactics.  Reinvigorating their sales process and thus their training that yet again support their overall corporate strategy.    Then I moved on to the sales and marketing teams performance metrics and structure, and lastly working closely with our Human Resources to change how we look at top performance and those we recruited into the firm.

With over 38 years in the hospitality industry, my career journey began as a front desk clerk in Huntsville, Alabama. Since then, I have advanced through various key roles in the hotel management and operations, including executive leadership, sales and marketing, property development, and overall operations. This diverse experience has equipped me with valuable insights and skills that enhance my collaboration with owners, developers, associates and guests. 

Throughout my career, I have worked with multiple hotel brands, gaining expertise in management, operations and sales & marketing. Additionally, I have collaborated with investment partners and acquisition teams, successfully facilitating the management transition of hotel assets. My passion for the hospitality industry drives me to create exceptional experiences for guests while maximizing value for stakeholders.
