CSM is an great example of a smaller company that thinks and acts big.   Our focus was within hospitality, commercial, and multi-family residential.    This was a perfect kick start of sales.   They were on the precipice of realizing a higher levels of revenue attainment.    What I was able to bring to them was strategy, rigor, and discipline to the supporting goals and tactics.  Reinvigorating their sales process and thus their training that yet again support their overall corporate strategy. Before starting my consultancy firm,  I served as a commercial executive within Lifesciences companies such as Novartis, Pfizer, Zoetis (Pfizer Animal Health spin-off)  and UCB, leading Global Go-to-Market transformations, KAM Journeys, Commercial Excellence and learning and development as chief commercial operations. I also led Global Marketing & and innovation for big Pharma and biotech groups.
