During my time with ARP we redesigned the leasing team, introduced digital marketing, moved to a performance based compensation program, increased rental rates and occupancy within a very short time.

CSM is an great example of a smaller company that thinks and acts big.   Our focus was within hospitality, commercial, and multi-family residential.    This was a perfect kick start of sales.   They were on the precipice of realizing a higher levels of revenue attainment.    What I was able to bring to them was strategy, rigor, and discipline to the supporting goals and tactics.  Reinvigorating their sales process and thus their training that yet again support their overall corporate strategy.    Then I moved on to the sales and marketing teams performance metrics and structure, and lastly working closely with our Human Resources to change how we look at top performance and those we recruited into the firm.

Managed portfolio was responsible for RevPAR performance, top line revenue, and setting sales / revenue strategy.   Brand Focus on developing and delivering programs to drive revenue and brand preference. Creating thought leadership to franchisees and owners on Sales and Revenue systems.

Responsible for 176 hotels and $284 million in revenue.  Set sales strategy and sales innovation.  Work in restructuring sales effort and to achieve revenue results during corporate restructuring.  Redesigned performance metrics

In 1982, I embarked on my logistics venture while working for Branch Motor Express (LTL) in a sales and operations capacity. Central Transport recognized my potential and recruited me to spearhead the development and expansion of the sales market within the automotive industry. Subsequently, Burlington Air Express approached me to oversee the handling of logistics for GM and Chrysler.

At Burlington Air Express, I successfully devised and executed the largest international program for GM, managing their air and ocean freight to European markets. Additionally, I created a specialized program for Chrysler, facilitating the efficient movement of engines and transmissions to their dealerships across North America.

My expertise in the field didn't go unnoticed, and I was then recruited by Eagle Global Logistics, now known as CEVA, as the Senior Vice President of the automotive division. In this role, I not only contributed to the company's strategic direction but also served on the board of directors. Together, we established a presence on the West Coast by acquiring an aircraft and developing lanes for next-day air delivery. Furthermore, we implemented a wire-harness program, transporting materials from Mexico to the Ford truck plant.

After successfully developing and implementing these programs, I decided to venture out on my own and establish my company, Specialized Global Logistics Inc. (SGLS Inc.). As the founder and CEO, SGLS Inc. offers comprehensive transportation solutions across all modes and provides warehouse management programs. Notably, we have been entrusted with the sequence part distribution for Stellantis, ensuring a streamlined supply chain for their operations.
