I just got a cold email that was 90% perfect.
Then completely fell apart within a few words.

Subject: "Saw your comment on Kyle's post" (overused but ok)

Body started strong:

Skip the pitch entirely.

Then: "I recorded a quick video showing exactly how this works for your industry. Want me to send it over?"

Now I get value first.
Low commitment.
High curiosity.

Stop asking for calls before you've earned them.

Here's what actually works now:

1. Stop drowning prospects in research about themselves

They don't care that you know their college or last LinkedIn post.

They want insight they haven't thought of yet.

2. Remove all friction from saying yes

Never ask for a call immediately.

First, your email must clearly answer:

→ What are you offering?
→ Who is it for?
→ What problem do you understand?
→ How do you solve it?
→ Why should they listen to you?

If those aren’t obvious within seconds,
they won’t reply.

Only after that:

Lower friction.

Offer to send a short breakdown.
Share one sharp insight.
Ask if they want to see how it applies to their case.

Make “yes” the easiest possible response.

3. Think in months, not weeks

Cold email compounds.

Week 1 won't be perfect. But Month 2 will be predictable.

Once dialed in, it's the most reliable system you'll ever build.

The irony?

Everyone chased hyper-personalization with Clay and complex tech.

Now the winners are back to basics.

Relevant. Simple. Consistent.

That's what cuts through the noise in 2026.

I helped 400+ people save hours on cold email this week.

And you can't figure out what works if you're drowning in manual tasks.

Stop wasting hours on setup.

Start spending minutes on execution and hours on strategy.

Most entrepreneurs aren't trapped by their business.
They're trapped by guilt.

I've seen founders doing $50k/month who won't take a single day off.

Not because the business will collapse.

Because they think they're not allowed to.

"I'm a founder. I should be working."

That belief becomes the prison.

Here's what changed everything for me:

Work became powerful the moment I realized it was a choice.

Some nights I could go out.
Most nights I choose to work.

Not out of obligation.
Out of purpose.

You can go one of two ways:

"I can't go out. I have to finish this."

vs.

"I could go out. But I'm choosing to build."

Same action.
Completely different energy.

One creates resentment.
The other creates momentum.

Freedom isn't avoiding work.

It's knowing you could stop, and choosing not to.

Most founders can’t keep their word.
And I refuse to work with people like that.

I don’t care if you’re offering €10k, €20k or €50k.

If you can’t do the most basic thing a founder should be able to do – keep your word – we won’t work together.

Because once someone starts breaking their word, everything else follows.

They delay decisions.
They avoid uncomfortable conversations.
They ignore important messages.
They hide behind “timing”.

And eventually they start blaming external factors for their lack of progress.

Here’s the truth a lot of people in the entrepreneurial space don’t want to hear:

If you can’t keep your word, you’re not a founder.

You’re a self-employed operator playing entrepreneur.

Real founders make uncomfortable decisions.
Real founders follow through.

If I tell someone I’ll get back to them on Wednesday and I miss it, I follow up Thursday, explain why, apologize and move forward.

That’s basic standards. That's showing respect.

But what I see constantly now is something else:

“I’ll get back to you next week.”

Then nothing.

No message.
No follow-up.
No accountability.

That’s not entrepreneurship.

That’s weak character.

And I refuse to build partnerships with people who operate like that.

Because how you do anything is how you do everything.

If someone can’t keep their word in small things, they won’t keep it in big things either.

And that’s not a risk I’m willing to take.

Money doesn’t buy access to my standards.

$147,000 in opportunities from one cold email campaign.

For a client in one of the most "saturated" markets out there.

Here's the breakdown:

- 14,247 emails sent
- 9.57% reply rate
- 21 highly qualified opportunities
- $147K with high likelihood to close

Every week I hear the same excuses:

All bullshit.

The truth?

Most people are being ignored because of:
