Seven years ago, I stepped into the world of SaaS with one goal: help tech companies grow smarter, not just harder.

Since then, I’ve built & scaled dozens of B2B Partnerships generating millions in ARR by developing relationships that last. At Vena (high-growth SaaS firm), I’ve signed, coached and enabled dozens of Partner organizations - from boutique consultancies to large VARs - helping them accelerate revenue, strengthen delivery & build repeatable GTM systems. 

Along the way, I’ve earned 3x Sales Club awards & led multiple Partners to grow from $0 → $100K+ ARR in under a year. My approach blends strategy with empathy: understanding what drives people, what's slowing them down & creating plans that help both sides win.

The way I approach work is unique - I'm not just tracking metrics. I'm connected into energy & how it shows up in the workplace: how you show up determines how you perform! I've demonstrated that learning how to maximize your energy translates into real-world success. I offer B2B sessions for firms in the GTA who want their teams to understand these principles for success with my Stress Rescue workshop!

That Higher Energy—the joy, aliveness, and inner ease I once led from—slowly faded.

From the outside, I was succeeding.
Inside, burnout crept in through constant pressure, cortisol spikes, disconnection from my body, and a nervous system pushed beyond capacity. I felt numb, exhausted, and out of alignment.

This wasn’t a mindset problem.
It was a nervous system in survival.

Breathwork became the turning point—not as a wellness trend, but as a science-based pathway to regulation. Through breath, I restored balance, reclaimed my energy, and reconnected to myself. Fear softened. Clarity returned. I stepped into my potential and heart-led leadership.

In 2022, I founded Higher Energy with one intention: to help others breathe with ease and live fully.

Today, I’m a 3-year founder with 5+ years of embodied practice, guiding nervous system regulation through my unique method, The Higher Energy pathway, supporting 150+ leaders in returning to balance, presence, and sustainable success.

I work with leaders in two seasons:

Put your health first.

Everyone around me was sick in December and January.
I have a tendency to play Mother Hen and Nurse, taking care of everyone.

Must be a mom thing. 🤷‍♀️ 

(Shoutout to all moms out there) 

Anyway, I thought I dodged it, WOOHOO
I even credited it to my breathwork practice.
But recently, I stayed up late a few nights working on some creative projects.

& BOOM, it caught me. 

Full stop. 
I realized how challenging it is for me truly rest. And do nothing. 
Surrender.

(Probably my sales protectors and trauma still kicking in...those are deep)

Then, on Friday, I felt excited when I saw the first signs of feeling better.

So... 

I decided to go to the spa.
Sauna. Cold plunge. Socializing. 

& I had a whole week planned ahead.
It's been TWO.5 weeks since I posted on LinkedIn. 
I felt an identity death pending.

Then, on Sunday evening, my cold took a nosedive. 
I felt like I just pulled the GO TO JAIL card in Monopoly. 

So back to bed I went. 
And where I've been all week.
Nothing to do.

Moral of the story?

You're human.
Your health is wealth.
Don't skip your bedtime routine.
Not posting on LinkedIn will not be the death of you.

Keep breathing, you brave, courageous souls.

B/c when the brain is programmed in certainty but doesn’t get it:

- The mind races.
- Creativity narrows.
- The nervous system shifts into survival.
- Scarcity becomes the dominant force of energy.
- Decisions become reactive instead of responsive.

You move from co-creating possibility to managing perceived risk.

So what can you control?

Your breath.
Your capacity. 
Your ability to regulate.

B/c your breath is the fastest way to influence your nervous system.

Your nervous system controls every system, function and process in your body, which directly impacts:

- Your energy.
- Your resilience.
- Your emotional regulation.
- Your self-leadership and ability to remain present.

If you're a high performer, instead of asking, "How do I have less stress?"

Ask: How do I build greater capacity for my work and life?

Capacity is trainable.
It's within your control. 

💜 Through conscious breathing.
💜 Through intentional nervous system up/down regulation.
