Seven years ago, I stepped into the world of SaaS with one goal: help tech companies grow smarter, not just harder.

Since then, I’ve built & scaled dozens of B2B Partnerships generating millions in ARR by developing relationships that last. At Vena (high-growth SaaS firm), I’ve signed, coached and enabled dozens of Partner organizations - from boutique consultancies to large VARs - helping them accelerate revenue, strengthen delivery & build repeatable GTM systems. 

Along the way, I’ve earned 3x Sales Club awards & led multiple Partners to grow from $0 → $100K+ ARR in under a year. My approach blends strategy with empathy: understanding what drives people, what's slowing them down & creating plans that help both sides win.

The way I approach work is unique - I'm not just tracking metrics. I'm connected into energy & how it shows up in the workplace: how you show up determines how you perform! I've demonstrated that learning how to maximize your energy translates into real-world success. I offer B2B sessions for firms in the GTA who want their teams to understand these principles for success with my Stress Rescue workshop!
