I am passionate about sales, business development, projects and enjoy working with customers and teams. I have a solid IT background and extensive experience in managing complex IT projects at an international level and specialize in cyber defense and SIEM. I am also expert in turning around projects which are in a critical phase.  

In my current role as Sales Expert International in Cyber Security, I am co-ordinating and supporting our sales departments, determining sales potential, develop go-to market strategies and customer needs on global level. Additionally, I am able to work in different roles such as mediator, coach or Scrum Master, if required.
 
It is clear to me that the success of any kind of project is dependent on excellent people management and therefore I decided to build on my personal strengths of empathy and emotional intelligence by becoming a certified mediator and coach. My personal abilities combined with the skills I have learned mean that I am a highly effective communicator and can solve conflicts on a win-win basis. These attributes also mean that I am skilled in influencing and motivating team members and clients at all levels of seniority and from diverse cultural backgrounds.
 
My deep understanding of the needs and motives of others means that I can build and balance relationships with stakeholders on all sides of a project including clients, technical staff sub-contractors, nearshore and offshore teams as well as management.
