Been also held commercially accountable - discovering, qualifying, and negotiating upsells, cross-sells, and renewals with existing clients.

Overall, I'm just a simple man who grew up in the Estonian countryside and has found his way into Tech.
Now, ensuring businesses operate in the most efficient and convenient way possible by using a third-party software, has become one of my biggest passions.
