Hi, I am Anamika - A life coach and a public speaker.

 My journey as a life coach began 10 years ago. I was a tarot card reader back then and was pursuing certain courses to explore the concepts of goal achievement, discipline, motivation, etc. 

 A 24-year-old girl came to me for getting her tarot card readings. She had just broken up with her boyfriend because his family wanted her to settle down as a housewife after marriage. 
 
But she had aspirations to take over her father's business as a CEO and work on his dream of growing it.  

She doubted whether she will find a life partner who supports her aspirations or not. Since women in our society are expected to focus on their families rather than their careers after marriage. 

 Seeing her pain I wanted to help her. So I started implementing all the knowledge I had acquired to help her build a positive belief system and get closer to her goals of growing her father's business and finding a life partner who supports her dreams.

  After planning out strategies, and implementing some techniques she is now married to a man who is supporting her aspirations and is also her business partner. They both have together grown their business and are parents to 2 beautiful kids.

Last year, I met a woman after a seminar.
She looked defeated.

I asked her one simple question,
“What if you’re just one sunrise away from a fresh start?”

She didn’t believe me.
But the next morning… she tried.

She took a 10-minute walk.
She drank water before checking her phone.
She wrote one line in her journal.

And one line turned into one page.
One page into one habit.
One habit into a new life.

No dramatic transformation.
No 5 a.m. routine.
Just a decision to start differently.
Tomorrow.

People think life changes in big moments.
But it changes in small ones.
Tiny quiet choices.
Daily decisions no one sees.

So today, I want to remind you:
→ You can start again tomorrow.
→ You don’t need permission.
→ You don’t need the perfect plan.
→ You just need one gentle restart.

One step.
One page.
One moment of courage.

You’re not angry. You’re just exhausted. 
But you don’t realise it yet.

A few days back, a client told me,
“Anamika, I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I snap so easily these days.”

We spoke for 10 minutes.
And I understood something deeper.

She wasn’t irritated.
She was drained.

Because exhaustion doesn’t always look like tiredness.

Sometimes it looks like:
→ Overthinking
→ Losing patience
→ Wanting to be alone
→ Feeling sensitive to small things
→ Not wanting to start tasks you usually enjoy

And the worst part? 👇

People don’t recognise this as exhaustion.
They think something is wrong with them.

But the truth is simple.
🍄Your mind gets tired, too.
🍄Your emotions get tired, too.
🍄Your heart gets tired, too.

And when you don’t pause, everything starts spilling out.

You don’t need a vacation. 
You don’t need a dramatic restart.

😌You just need a small moment to breathe. 😌A moment where you’re not fixing anything.

Not proving anything.
Not carrying everything.

Just resting.
Just being.

▶️Has exhaustion ever shown up for you in a way you didn’t realise?

A 19-year-old once told me something I’ll never forget: 

“Your words felt like someone held my hand.”

It was after a youth seminar I delivered last year.

And one young boy came to me.
He looked nervous.

He said softly,
“I didn’t know someone could understand what I’m going through, without even knowing me.”

We spoke for a few minutes.
He told me he felt seen for the first time in months.

And that moment changed me.

Because I realised:
Public speaking is not about the stage. It’s about the souls sitting in front of you.

Every time I step onto a stage, a college, a corporate room, a community event,
I carry one intention:

🎯“Let at least one person walk out lighter than they walked in.”

Ever wondered why Day 1 feels so powerful?
New months trigger the Fresh Start Effect: a psychological reset button.

It creates distance from:
=> Old failures
=> Missed days
=> Past mistakes

Your brain loves symbolic beginnings.

It sees a clean slate and says:
“Let’s do better this time.”

But here’s the catch. 👇
Most people get excited only on Day 1 and lose by Day 10.

To stay consistent:
✔ Set weekly goals, not monthly wishes
✔ Track progress you’d normally ignore
✔ Focus on identity: “I AM someone who…”

Fresh starts don’t just happen once a month.
You can choose one every morning.

Today isn’t December 5th.
It’s Day 1, again.
And again.

As many times as you need.

This month isn’t going the way I planned. Not even close. 😔

For weeks, I kept repeating one thought in my head:
“This was supposed to be done by now.”

And the more I said it, the more frustrated I felt. 😖
- Plans got delayed.
- Timelines changed.
- Things slipped out of my hands.

And suddenly, November didn’t look like the month I had planned on paper.

One evening, I sat with myself and asked,
“Why am I fighting so hard to control everything?”
And it hit me.

I wasn’t upset because things were delayed.
I was upset because I believed my timeline was the only correct one.

🎯But life doesn’t work that way.
🎯God doesn’t work that way.

Sometimes, delays protect us.
Sometimes, redirections guide us.
Sometimes, what feels like “nothing is moving” is actually everything falling into place silently.

And today, I can finally say this with honesty,
“Maybe the things that didn’t happen weren’t supposed to happen yet.”

I still have things pending before November ends.
But I’m not panicking anymore. 😌
I’ll carry them into December with hope.
And maybe that’s exactly how it was meant to be.

💌Tell me honestly:
Are your plans going differently, too?

Last month, during a workshop, a young boy came to me after the session.

He waited until everyone left.

His voice was steady… but his eyes weren’t.

“Ma’am, can I tell you something I’ve never said out loud?”

I nodded.

He said,
“I feel like I’m living two lives. One where everyone thinks I’m strong and one where I’m tired of pretending.”

His words didn’t surprise me. 
But the courage it took to say them did.

We sat down for a few minutes.

I didn’t give him a long motivational speech. I didn’t tell him to “stay strong.”

I simply asked,
“When was the last time you were honest with yourself?”

He paused. His face softened. 
And he whispered,
“Maybe I’ve never been.” 

That moment changed him.
And honestly, it changed me too.

Because most people aren’t tired of life.

~ They’re tired of carrying everything alone.
~ Tired of hiding their feelings.
~ Tired of convincing themselves they’re okay.

And sometimes, one honest conversation is all it takes to shift someone’s entire inner world.

And moments like these remind me why guidance matters.

- Why spaces of emotional honesty matter.
- Why conversations matter.

Over the years, I’ve realised that healing doesn’t just happen in coaching rooms.

→ It happens in classrooms, auditoriums, corporate halls, and youth spaces, where people need emotional clarity the most.

Why does your brain resist change even when you want growth? 🤔

🚨Problem:
You decide to change your habits…
But suddenly, procrastination, fear, and overthinking all show up.

Why?

Your brain is wired to protect you from the unknown.
Even if the unknown is better.
Comfort feels safer than progress.

When you grow:
> Routine changes
> Identity shifts
> Risk appears
> Uncertainty increases

Your brain panics.
It says: “Stay where you are. It’s familiar.”

🌻Solution: 
Make change less threatening.

✔ Take one action, not ten
✔ Celebrate effort, not just outcomes
✔ Introduce discomfort in small doses
✔ Create accountability that keeps you moving

Growth is not meant to feel comfortable.
It’s meant to feel new.

The next level of your life requires the next version of you.

And your brain will catch up once you show it, 
“There’s nothing to fear here.”

The season is changing, and so are you. 🍂

Nature doesn’t resist transitions.
It doesn’t cling to summer or fear the winter.
It adapts… quietly, gracefully, effortlessly.

But we?

We fight every change.
We hold on to routines, expectations, timelines, even when they’ve stopped serving us.

Here’s a gentle reminder:
🌿If the season outside can shift without fear, maybe you can too.

Let this phase be about adjusting your pace, rethinking your priorities, and welcoming what feels right now, not what used to be right.

You’re allowed to change with the season.
In fact, you’re meant to.
