I’m a product design leader with 10+ years of experience shaping high-velocity teams and shipping meaningful experiences. 

Over the last decade, I’ve worked across AI startups and scaling SaaS companies, helping 0→1 products raise funding and later-stage orgs mature design practices to unlock business growth.

At CodeSignal and Krisp—both AI-driven startups—I helped translate emerging tech into usable, lovable products. I led initiatives from zero to launch, balancing experimentation with fast feedback loops to de-risk bold bets. 

At scale-ups like Perkbox, I stepped into leadership: hiring and coaching designers, embedding design into product strategy, and evolving systems and rituals that help teams deliver at scale.

My craft roots are in Armenia’s top studios, where I learned to build distinct, systems-oriented design languages from the ground up. 

What drives me is making design matter. I care about outcomes over inputs. If I can validate an idea with a rough prototype in 24 hours, I’ll do that over polishing interactions for show. 

My default mode is collaborative, fast-moving, and laser-focused on impact.

Next up: I’m focused on growing into a Principal+ (Super IC) role at a product-led company where design is core to the culture—not an add-on.
