My life has taught me three important things:

2. We have the ability to co-create our reality. Choose wisely.
3. Everything Is Figureoutable. Just go with the flow.

These foundational insights have been the compass guiding me through 5+ diverse career landscapes, from medicine to research to goldsmithing to corporate leadership including landing a $3M seed fund for the company I worked for when I knew next to nothing about pitching. Not to forget my latest transition to a full-time coach consultant. 

In addition to the personal challenges of marrying young, losing multiple pregnancies, overcoming ~3 years of physical disability... these are the experiences that make me the person that I am today.

And, in the face of adversity, I have learned to find strength in unconditional acceptance of all that life presents.

(I was frustrated AF with endless job rejections)

But in 2025, I randomly started LinkedIn writing and...

4 months in → I got hired by Charlie Hills
I improved my broken writing skills

It sounds insane, but for a lil 2024 backstory...

I started posting, but I felt weird and quit. 
I was using it just to send CVs
I had a silent presence

But once I started without thinking about an outcome:

I stacked confidence - with focus
I stacked writing skills - post by post
I hacked my mini stories - 1 story at a time

And if you're frustrated with your career, do this:

1. Hack your mini stories in real time
2. Make 3 columns - skills, career, and life
3. Spot what you know or what you've right now
4. Write about it, show transformations (be it small/big)
5. Learn how to make a boring story interesting from others

This time isn't about your CVs
This time is about YOU, your 1 skill, and presence

You've got everything. You know everything.

Just stack it before you need it...

Out of my 100+ LinkedIn posts, 90% flopped

But 10% clicked with you

If I had quit after that 90%, I’d never know what made the 10% click.

Yet most of you:

- Don’t spend real time on writing skills
- Don’t allow yourself to suck at first
- Don’t try to improve daily
- Try once, then quit

At the end, you blame the pretty algorithm. 

And the whole point of writing this post is:

- Don't quit until you make it.
- Don't quit until you know what works.
- Don't quit until you get f*cking good at writing. 

Here’s what I do to keep moving:

1. I post even when most flop - I said “once more”.
2. I write through my current/lived experience.
2. I write even when I feel like my writing sh*t
3. I post daily to test, learn, repeat (your call)
4. I write and comment like a REAL human
5. I understand the writing patterns
6. I learn how to storytell by doing
7. I try to get better at my skill
8. I both consume and create 
9. I write what I know

Write your 100 posts. Suck at it. Find what works.

Your unfair edge? 99% quit. 
Only 0.00001% fail fast to grow & improve.

That 0.00001%… has to be YOU.

It releases real dopamine.

The best part? It’s limitless...

It's not weed.
It’s not heroin.
It's not even cocaine.

It’s what I name it as, "PERSONALITY DRUG." 

Use it once, and you'll use it daily.

1. Find your HUMAN edge.

- Ex: My edge is wit and sarcasm. 
- I don't try to hack someone else's edge
- It reflects in my comments, writing, and DM's.

2. Find your real mini-stories.

- The ones only you can tell.
- Ex: Out of my 100+ LinkedIn posts, 90% flopped
- Ex: 2 "rare" assets I’m building during my career break

3. Forget being "unique.” 

- You already are. Just show how you think
- Ex: You don’t need (fancy) ideas to write on LinkedIn.
- Ex: Happiness doesn’t exist just for BIG breakthroughs.

4. Find words that reflect you and your brand.

- People identify you quickly.
- And remember you too
- Ex: Mine is "vibe."

5. What do you love? Find it. 

- Is it a bagel, ice cream, or vodka shot?
- That's how you create a unique connection
- Shake it in your writing. Ex: My vodka writing test.

But never forget one thing:

If you don’t use this drug...
It harms you and your writing badly.

If you want to DAZZLE on LinkedIn...
Just use this DRUG.

P.S. Do you get ideas for posts from comments?

You’re forgetting one BIG thing...

(While you consistently post on LinkedIn)

→ Raise the bar of your actions.

Without this...

• You’ll stay average at your skill.
• You won't experiment much.
• You'll feel bored and quit.

I know because it happened to me too.

I took action, but I didn’t try to raise the bar.

But now I'm trying. The results are pretty good.

1. My writing improved by 1% daily.
2. Feel excited about the process.
3. Randomness faded away.
4. Clarity is coming slowly.
5. Ideas are getting better.
6. My confidence boosts.

It made a HUGE difference.

Here’s how I do it and how you can too:

1. Experiment like crazy.

• Don't just post short-form or long-form
• Mix both and test what works.
• Experiment with hooks

2. Raise your idea quality.

• The only way? Write more. It takes time.
• But you’ll get there. I’m working on it too.
• Clarify your thinking slowly 

3. Detach from the results.

• If your post flops? Cool.
• If you want to cry? Cool. But…move on ASAP
• Don't stay stuck with 1 flop post. Just try again. 

Remember, every post you write...

Raise the bar. Small things matter. 
↳ Formatting, showing up, ideas – improve bit by bit.

Have a zeal to get f*cking awesome at your skill.

Because you gotta RISE high.

P.S. Which bar do you like more - bartenders or raising the bar? Or both?

LinkedIn writing isn't tough. 

Your "I will write later'' excuse is tougher.

Because 99% of YOU think like this:

I’ve got an idea, but I’ll write it later on
and later on = never ever

I know this because I made this mistake, too

But people are stacking writing skills by simply doing this:
(That's how I went from 19 likes to nearly 100.)

1. Write down every single idea. 

- Don't waste any idea. Be it good or bad
- Simply write it down. Collect first.
- About yourself, work, or skills

2. Execute ideas ASAP.

- Use Google Docs. Write a post on 1 idea. 
- Show what, why, and how you learned
- Share your in-between moments

3. Scroll LinkedIn, Twitter, or newsletters

- See how others write their thoughts
- Try to understand their structure
- Practice it and you'll know

4. Get in the flow

- Write what you know.
- Build momentum, please
- Document in real time, don't make up the things 

5. Focus on discipline, not motivation.

- Give yourself a deadline
- Ex: I want to build my writing habit in 60 days
- Write your 30/60 day goals. You'll do the work

This works 10,000% because:

The more you execute, the better you write.
The better you write, the more you grow.

Most excuses are LAME - just remove it.

Write. Hit post. Test. Move on.

Degrees and grades only look good on paper. Nobody cares about them while you find a job.

That's why I started writing on LinkedIn

3. I got hired by a viral AI guy. 
4. Going beyond the resume 
5. I share my boring stories

And I told her 1 thing. I'll tell you too: 

→ Start writing on the internet. 

- Write about your career and current skill stories.
- Learn how to turn boring stuff into interesting.
- Learn how to network – I also learn/do

In Sept 2024, I quit every *career* move I made. 

Buying courses. Sending CVs. Giving interviews. 

Went on a career break, and I f*cked up...
(In my first 90 days, I felt useless.)

But it felt like the right move because 

I was badly trapped in the CVs and interviews
I wasn't happy and stopped growing

So, in Feb 2025, I randomly started writing on LinkedIn

Broken writing skills. No idea what to do?
But I decided to try just to see...

And you know what?

1. I fixed my broken writing skills. 
2. I went from hating writing to liking it.
3. I stopped writing resumes/cover letters
4. I went from dead followers to 8k+ active
5. I started getting confident in writing online
6. I went from 19 likes to nearly 100
7. I stack writing skills, not CVs
8. Got hired by Charlie Hills
9. I learn how to storytell
10. I fail and improve

(During my career break, before I needed it)

And all I wanna say to you is this:

Don't get trapped in the CV loop - write online
Stack skills - build your online presence
Quit what you don't like - experiment

Before you need it
(Because it literally works)

It's weird, but I realised 1 thing: this is the thriller phase of writing. It fluctuates every time.

And if your work gives you the same feeling everyday,
↳ You’ll literally get bored.

But in this way, you're always obsessed with:

- The thrill of making it more awesome.
- The thrill of learning by doing.
- The thrill of getting better.

That's what keeps it fun.

- You don't stop. 
- You let the thrill take over
- And it makes you awesome at your skill

Thrill in writing > Fear of Mistakes

P.S. When do you batch-write your LinkedIn posts? Me? I used to batch-write on Mondays, but now, due to my job, I do it on weekends.

I hopped on LinkedIn to learn "how to write"

Instead, I got trapped in endless LinkedIn writing tricks.

1. Unlimited writing advice
2. Unlimited copywriting tips
3. Unlimited LinkedIn growth advice

It was scary AF in my first 90 days.
Hard to understand what’s real.

But 90 days into my writing, I changed the game

I stopped checking everyone. Instead, I did this:

1. I started finding creators doing what I want to do.

- I studied their patterns
- How did they write 
- How they show up 
- What they write 

Ex: I picked one post and wrote with my perspective

2. I circle down my current skills

- Ex: LinkedIn writing, personal storytelling
- I switched their words into my words
- I learn how to put personality
- By using my unique likings

Ex: My 3-step clear vodka writing system

3. I learned how to write in a simple way

- Cut useless and senseless words
- Use sensory language
- Write for humans
- Use numbers

Ex: dazzle, velvet, etc.

That's how I got the hang of writing. I understood:

- Who to follow
- What to focus on
- Where to go when I need to learn

And if you're also freshly started writing online…

1. Follow less advice, but follow the right with FOCUS.
2. Literally believe even 1% in your advice
3. Test/experiment for yourself.

That’s how you write with less stress/have fun

Improve → grow → win

Writing about the same topics on LinkedIn seems sexy

But it feels *uncomfortable* as hell at first.

When I started writing online about...

• LinkedIn Writing 
• LinkedIn growth 
• Personal storytelling

After 60 days of writing, I realised…
Why the f*ck am I writing about the same things?

I literally got bored until I understood THIS:

When 1 topic is written with a different lens?
It’s a real skill, and to make repetition interesting... 

→ I use my “5x lens”

I’ve 3 topics. I see them from 5 different lenses.
5 isn't my lucky number. But gives a structure.
You can expand it as you explore.

For example, let's take my 1 topic. 
(LinkedIn writing)

Lens 1: LinkedIn writing isn’t dead. *Emotionless* writing is.
Lens 2: How I improved my trash LinkedIn writing skills.
Lens 3: How I'm saving my career with LinkedIn writin.
Lens 4: I didn’t like LinkedIn writing when I started.
Lens 5: LinkedIn writing is a "low and high game".

1 topic → 5 different lenses. This gives me clarity.

I don’t get bored. I make it different. 
Take one of your topics. Write from 5 different lenses.

The more you do it → The more you enjoy it, too.
And later, it becomes a game to you.

P.S. Do you like writing about 1 topic with different lenses?

Me: I’ve started loving it. It challenges my brain.

2024: Trash writing. Nobody will listen to me on LinkedIn.

2025: Let’s write and see who will listen to me.

I listened to my *gut.* And THIS made me:

Improve my trash writing skills by 1% weekly
Writing from the last 100+ days
Confident in writing online

Building my online presence before I need it
Meeting awesome people like you
Got hired by Charlie Hills

90% of my posts flopped, but 10% worked
My ideas went damn wrong, still do
I'm still finding my "wave"

But you know what?

Flop posts made me understand... 
What’s broken? How to get better next time?
My ideas are out. Not sleeping somewhere empty.

This led to (even if it's 1%)

Raise the quality of my ideas
Raise the quality of my writing 
Raise the bar of formatting daily

Experimentation is a REAL game in content

Many people stop writing after their 50th flop
But it’s best if your ideas flop.

That's how you find the right ideas - improve - grow - win

Listen to your gut and feel the REAL difference.

P.S. Do you experiment with your writing?

“Write for impact, not for likes.”

You hear this 10,000 times on LinkedIn daily.

But “impactful content” isn't a quick magic trick.

When I started writing, I thought I needed big influence.
↳ Like an A-class expert.

But later, I realised it doesn't work like this.

Because "impact" comes from your own experiences.

1. Not from theories.
2. Not from fancy templates.
3. Not from fancy frameworks.

↳ Just doing things and sharing what you learned.

Here’s how it works 10,000% every time:

- Pick one skill/learn in real time
- Choose one social media platform
- Solve your own problems while executing 
- Give yourself solutions to problems
- Educate yourself like crazy.
- Take your own profile
- As a real project

Document how you figured out. That’s where the value is.

My examples: I learn about LinkedIn writing. My struggles:

- Why someone would listen to me?
- How to write stories that connect?
- How do I write awesome hooks?
- How to attract the right people?
- How to hold/get attention?
- What if my post flops?
- What/how to write?
- Consistency?

I educate myself. I live through them
And give myself advice while doing it.

When you start writing...
↳ You won’t write impactful content from day 1.

First → you solve your own problems
That's how you solve for others

It happens when you: 
Execute - learn - document publicly

Simple.
