My life has taught me three important things:

1.  We engage with the world through our Mindspace. So, guard it.
2. We have the ability to co-create our reality. Choose wisely.
3. Everything Is Figureoutable. Just go with the flow.

These foundational insights have been the compass guiding me through 5+ diverse career landscapes, from medicine to research to goldsmithing to corporate leadership including landing a $3M seed fund for the company I worked for when I knew next to nothing about pitching. Not to forget my latest transition to a full-time coach consultant. 

In addition to the personal challenges of marrying young, losing multiple pregnancies, overcoming ~3 years of physical disability... these are the experiences that make me the person that I am today.

And, in the face of adversity, I have learned to find strength in unconditional acceptance of all that life presents.

Dear LinkedIn community!

I'm passionate about empowering businesses to succeed in the German market. Over the years, I've become a market entry expert, coach, mentor, and trainer, helping more than 1000 businesses establish a foothold in Germany. I specialize in sectors such as healthcare, civil security & safety, water technology, food processing, and technology, guiding companies to navigate the complexities of the German business landscape.

Along the way, I've cultivated strong connections with both the private and public sectors, carrying out over 100 projects in collaboration with entities such as the German Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK), GTAI, and GIZ.

Outside of work, I'm a proud husband and father to two wonderful kids. I also have a semi-professional basketball background, representing the German National Team (youth) in the European Championship, winning five national titles with TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen e.V. (youth team), and participating in the NBA Summer League in Boston.
