I’m the Senior Director of GTM at Verdane, where I work across the investment lifecycle, from assessing GTM setups during due diligence to helping portfolio companies scale revenue and get exit-ready. I’m a published author and a regular speaker at global events like SaaSiest, SaaStr, TechBBQ, and Inbound, with a focus on data-driven growth strategy, revenue efficiency, and cross-functional GTM alignment.

Before Verdane, I led marketing and GTM at high-growth B2B SaaS companies including Planday (acquired by Xero), Dixa, and Onomondo, giving me hands-on experience building and scaling revenue engines in VC- and PE-backed environments. My work has spanned brand, demand gen, sales enablement, product marketing, and community building, often in lean, high impact roles.

In 2023, I was named Nordic Women in Tech’s Digital Leader of the Year. Today, I help companies design AI-leveraged GTM engines built for scale, efficiency, and enterprise value.

After an incredible chapter, I’ve decided to say goodbye to Verdane and step into a new role as VP of Marketing at Cerivo.

My time at Verdane has been one of the most rewarding periods of my career. I've had the chance to work with ridiculously smart, passionate people and support some of the most ambitious portfolio companies across Europe. Seeing founders and teams scale and working with them to solve hard problems is something I’ll always be grateful to have been part of 🙏.

Private equity also gives you a front-row seat to a truth about growth:
Great companies aren’t built on tactics. 
They’re built on focus, alignment, and execution.

However for me, the pull toward building something from end-to-end has been getting stronger.

So now it’s time for the next chapter.

At Cerivo, we’re bringing together multiple companies in the #GRC space to build something bigger than their individual parts. My focus will be on building the new brand, the marketing engine, and the growth foundation to help the business scale alongside an exceptional team.

In other words: time to roll up my sleeves and build.

I’m excited to be working with Mathias Frost Bilgram and the entire team as we shape what Cerivo becomes.
