I have spent more than 26 years in the technology industry, working across complex systems, large-scale platforms, and global organizations. Across industries and regions, one pattern is consistent: transformation efforts fail not because of technology, but because decision-making structures, governance models, and human behavior are not designed for change at scale.

In the AI age, this gap has become a material business risk. AI amplifies bias in systems, accelerates poor decisions, and exposes fragile leadership and operating models. My work focuses on neuroscience-driven transformation - applying evidence-based insights on how humans think, decide, respond to risk, and collaborate under uncertainty. Since founding Lardi & Partner Consulting in 2012, I have led more than 50 major transformation initiatives worldwide, including strategic programs for governments and Fortune 500 organizations. My experience spans multiple industries and exponential technologies, including artifiticial intelligence, blockchain, IoT, AR, VR and emerging digital architectures; always with a focus on measurable outcomes and long-term enterprise value.

I started working as POD lead who is responsible for managing complete application and RTB (run the bank) cost of the application.
Within  this role, my main focus was on increasing IT - Business engagement so both can work hand in hand to enhance usability of application.

 I was also playing role of IT service owner with broad overlook into ITID stuffs, audits, business communication, etc.

I joined HSBC as Automation Tester and worked on different Automation tools including HP QTP, Test Complete. I was also playing role of SCRUM Master for the global team spread across India, London and New Jersey.

Senior Software Test Engineer

I joined ADP as a Manual Tester in Oct 2011. Then requirement arises to work on Automation using QTP. I took this as an opportunity for me and start learning QTP. Now its around 3 years of working experience on QTP.

As a Senior Member Technical in ADP, my responsibilities include to mentor new team members, involved from starting in pre planning, sprint planning, user story point estimation, Tasking of user stories, Requirement Analysis, Preparing high level test scenarios, Client Interaction, Test Case & Test Script writing and execution, Defect tracking, Defect prioritizing, Follow up with development team, Automation testing using HP QTP/UFT, Test data preparation.

In ADP, I mostly worked on Agile Methodology using Scrum. I love working in SCRUM because of its client centric nature and every one is able to see the progress of team. I love involved in sprint planning, user story point estimation and daily stand ups.
