I currently travel the UK delivering speeches and workshops to students in secondary schools, colleges and Universities. These workshops are based around helping young people to find their passion, raise their standards and achieve  academic success. 

To date I have spoken to over 50,000 students across the UK.

I was fortunate enough to be part of the first NCS programme ran in Peterborough. I had an amazing experience and believe strongly in the programme; it's so refreshing to have a programme aimed at helping Young People to become well rounded individuals rather than focusing only on grades. 

I was given the opportunity to travel to London and host the graduation ceremony in Islington for 'The Challenge' which was awesome. 

I now work closely with the NCS programme in Peterborough by helping their youth recruitment during assemblies and also have the pleasure of hosting each of their NCS Graduation Ceremony's!

Started my own business with my close friend Asha, and we're looking to begin to teach in as many school as possible and grow our business as much as we can so we can teach as many young people and adults as possible!

The future of every organisation is in hands of their young talent. 

Yet, companies are struggling to retain the best talent for long enough to see a profit, the journey from onboarding to high performance is taking too long and young talent falls into the trap of doing just enough to get by.

Whilst our Education system is overwhelmed with Ofsted frameworks, a ridiculous teacher workload and declining engagement. 

So, I started Aim A Little Higher to fix that. We're on a mission to equip young people with the clarity, confidence and communication skills necessary to thrive in the real world and become an undeniable asset for their organisation.  

We've worked with amazing organisations such as HSBC, Siemens Energy, Goldman Sachs, Greenwood Dale Academies & The Sutton Trust to name a few. All working on the ground with their young talent and accelerate their journey from potential to high performance. 

Young talent should be excited to be part of the journey, contributing fresh ideas and become the largest asset in any organisation.

We help organisations in a number of ways
We put together programmes that increase employee engagement & company alignment.
Develop strategies that improve output and contribution from young talent by increasing confidence & skillset.
Build a road map that enables young talent to gain clarity, confidence and effective communication at an accelerated pace.

Ultimately, leading to a return on investment for employers, managers & educators alike.


I'm a Husband who married up, a Father figuring it out as I go and an Arsenal fan who has been convinced next year will be our year since I was 12. 
I went from coasting to 7A's & 2A*'s, crowned as Peter Jones' National Entrepreneur of The Year & was recently part of Lincolnshire's 30 under 30.

Enterprise is the future. But it’s not just for founders.

Yesterday, I delivered the keynote at the Peter Jones Foundation. What a day.

Hundreds of young entrepreneurs and future leaders in one room. Displaying & celebrating what they’ve built and who they’re becoming.

I spoke about my own journey.
From  6-year-old with a toy cash register in front of my house,
to founder and director of a coaching and development company. 

And many of the failures in between!

There were 3 core messages:

- How you turn potential into real performance.
- Why you’ve got to celebrate every milestone, not just the finish line.
- Staying committed long enough to see what happens.

Three things to know about these budding leaders...

The ideas coming from the next generation are more creative than ever.
The confidence is on show.
Genuine hunger to find out more (So many great questions all evening!)

Enterprise education is vital. Not just for entrepreneurs,
But for employees too.

It’s about innovation, resilience, and confidence, all skills that carry through every part of life and work.

Getting to share the stage with Peter Jones again was a real full circle moment for me.

A decade ago, I was the one sitting in those seats.

Developing Young Talent from Potential to High Performance 🚀 Founder of Aim A Little Higher

Few things fire me up more than sitting in a room full of the country’s top performers and wondering, “How did I end up here?”

Friday night was the Peter Jones Foundation 20th Anniversary Ball. Twenty years of impact, entrepreneurship education, and giving back, all in one room.

Walking into the academy as an 18-year-old, I had:
- A baby on the way
- Just about enough money to get by
- A string of patchy freelance gigs
- And a girlfriend cheering me on, with our savings holding it all together

It was a bit of a whirlwind.

But my time at the academy changed everything. That’s where I found my footing, built real confidence, and started learning what business is all about.

There was a moment I’ll never forget. Pitching for, and then winning, the National Entrepreneur of the Year award. That feeling is hard to beat.

Since then, I’ve stayed close to the Foundation. Spoken at their events. Helped to spread the word about the work they do. Even managed a rap with Peter Jones on stage (still can’t believe they let me do that).

Fast forward to today, now I’m running Aim A Little Higher full time with my wife. 
- Coaching high performers
- Working with clients like HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Siemens Energy, and the FCA
- Actually living the entrepreneurship life we used to dream about

If you’d told 18-year-old me all of this, I’d have thought you were joking.

But this is what can happen when you take a chance on yourself and when an organisation takes a chance on you too.

Here’s to another 20 years of inspiring the next wave of young talent.

Fake it till you make it?! Nah. 

Do it till you prove it!

I can’t stand the concept of ‘faking it’ till you make it. 

Faking it means:

You know you’re not good enough 
You’re lying to those around you 
You’re a pretender 

What a wonderful message to give to yourself. 

Versus 

Do it. 

Take on the challenge with the little knowledge you have now 

Learn from this around you and ahead of you 

Be curious enough to ask why, how & who 

Overtime, you’ll build proof. 

Real evidence that you are the right person!

Supporting Early Careers to get young people to high performance through Clarity Confidence and Communication

Last night I saw what happens when you combine opportunity, a learning environment & industry level tech!

I hosted the launch of Mosaic@Soho  for Capital City College Group. Walking into that space, I couldn’t help but think back to my own days at home, crowded around a tape recorder with mates, pretending we ran our own radio show. We made it work with what we had.

Now, these students get to learn in a world-class facility, with proper media equipment, guidance, and space to build real skills. It’s not theory, it’s the real thing.

But the part that stuck with me most was hearing from those who’ve already made it onto the next level:
- Alumni running their own businesses
- BAFTA recognition
- Landing paid work from placements
- One student working on Battlefield 6 at EA

They’re not just “trying out” media, they’re already making their mark on the industry.

What pushes them over the line? Opportunity, environment, and a champion mindset.

That last bit really hit home when I got to interview Dame Kelly Holmes! She spoke openly about the days nobody sees! The grind, the setbacks, the injuries and the feeling of crossing the finish line. 
Her point: Passion, Purpose, Persistance & Performance. Most people only notice the medal, but champions are built long before the race begins.

Give young people the tools, the room & belief and watch barriers fade away.

The room was full of energy, the questions were great and the conversations made me laugh, think and double down on my support of Arsenal (Sorry Newcastle & Manchester attendees). 

Last week Eliza & I had the pleasure of delivering our Potential to Performance workshop for Siemens Energy Grads & Apprentices!

Gaining clarity in their future, confidence removing imposter syndrome and communication skills that will take them to new heights.  

The journey they are beginning is one of a kind. 

To have the guts to join a brand new programme!

We were brought in by the wonderful Georgia Roberts, Zahra Anwar & Shahana (Full circle moment) to equip these future high performers with the tools they need to thrive in and out of the workplace.Their passion shines through! 

I'd wish the whole cohort luck, but I don't at all.

Have I completely missed this?

I recently delivered a workshop for Year 13's focussing on communication; ahead of their jump into the world of interviews & networking. 

We were going through the handshake exercise when one young lady said "we don't really shake hands". 

Which was news to me! 

But then a Female member of staff agreed, eve explained that in her interview, they didn't shake hands as they were both Female. 

My mind was fully blown. 


I need to know Ladies.


Am I living on another planet and have never observed this difference?!


Do you as a Woman, shake hands, both in general and specifically with other Woman?!
