My background is in Omnichannel Retail and Ecommerce. I help brands solve the pain of having no connection, relationship, or insights from buyers coming through retail and marketplace channels.

I share Omnichannel strategy and best practices. 

And I founded BRIJ, a platform for brands to build Omnichannel Experiences - a new digital touch point in physical channels to communicate key messages, collect 1st party data, and drive reorder.

Leading customer service and growth initiatives in an early-stage startup. I meet prospects at the top of the sales funnel and see them through onboarding and activation. As the top response agent for all inquiries, I work alongside the product team to deliver quick solutions to our 200+ customer accounts. In addition to heading customer success, I assist in the partnerships, operations, and marketing departments. Being one of the initial members of this team has allowed me the opportunity to implement standard practices and expectations as we continue to scale.

The sole teacher leading a classroom of 12 students (ages 3-4 years old.) I constructed a weekly curriculum that developed students’ physical, social, and academic skills through play-based learning and scholastic instruction. During the pandemic, I created a Google Classroom and scheduled Zoom sessions to continue teaching and share materials for the students to utilize at home. For two quarters, I became the designated on-site facilitator for students attending kindergarten online. I also expanded into the administration realm, assisting the director with delegated tasks before returning to the classroom.

Co-teacher in a classroom of 12 toddlers (ages 12-24 months.) Each student possessed varied capabilities that required me to attend to each individual in ways that catered specifically to them. I developed a weekly curriculum based on engaging, age-appropriate activities to promote skills and healthy development both physically and mentally. I also wrote daily reports on children’s activities to share with parents. If needed, I would volunteer to substitute in other classes to keep teacher-to-student ratios in balance.

In 3 short weeks, our team was fully trained for the grand opening of a new licensed Starbucks at UCSD’s center of campus. As the head supervisor for 30+ student staff, I had to balance between leadership and assisting with store operations during peak periods. Per the licensing agreement, I was expected to adhere to Starbucks’ standard practices (rotating recipes, introducing new products, and training baristas.) Daily tasks included customer service and resolutions, food preparation, inventory, task delegation, routine inspection of store and stations, and POS operations.

While customer satisfaction has been my highest priority, my background also extends to sales, operations, and marketing. My goal in each role is to be helpful wherever possible. Whether working cross-functionally with internal teams or directly with clients, I exercise my expertise and leadership to create the optimal growth route.
