This is where my consulting journey began. After implementing projects as a developer, I turned to scale myself and decided to implement projects as a manager with many development teams assembled based on my preferences from my previous expertise. This is where my Theory of Constraints (ToC) journey has begun. ToC shifted my understanding of management and turned it into a more coherent picture. I was able to deliver software more effectively and efficiently, learned how to make conflicts a win-win and how to focus on what is important.

As my software development skills progressed, I undertook more complicated projects. This required me to learn new knowledge fast and put it into practice immediately. 

My managerial background started to play an important role in my career since not only was I able to code, but also I was able to explain the business consequences of certain features and bring my expertise to the table when it was needed. Here my activities were: 

- Planned & implemented high-load systems in various industries using the Go programming language
- Learned and implemented SOLID principles in my projects and consulted my teammates on how to  do it 
- Communicated with teams & directly with customers to ensure the best quality product was built
- Worked with API & 3rd party services such as Stripe, Twilio, etc. 
- Configured CI/CD for the projects to ensure the code was shipped to production fast and well-written.

- Passed intense system design courses to build even better and faster solutions for my clients

My backend development journey opened up many doors for self-development. After completing several fintech projects, my coding skills were high. To get them further, I had to do intense programming exercises and learn more technical skills than I wanted. 

Therefore my next turn was to combine everything I learned as a developer and a manager to help individuals and businesses succeed faster, more efficiently, and more stable.

Dedicated Backend Developer

Here I shifted my career path from management to software development. It was already several years since I had some software development experience writing code in Python, Ruby, and C++. Still, I did not do it professionally, just playing around with websites and technologies. 

Yet, with the help of Mad Devs, I got to know Go, which completely changed my desire to do software development. I joined the Mad Devs internship program and never regretted it. My activities & responsibilities included the following:

The internship program helped me understand how professional software development works, the basic project lifecycle, and how transparency and communication play an important role in software development. Finally, I gained much hands-on experience from my teammates on how to write better code and deeply it into production.
