2. Churn Prediction Model (Prediction)
    - End to End machine learning model developed to predict churning customers in mobile postpaid business.
    - XGBoost algorithm was used and over 70% Recall was achieved.

3. Anomaly Detection (Time Series Forecasting)
    - Identify anomalies in customer requests received in the IT charging gateway and send alerts to the team if the request count is higher or lower than the expected count.
    - FBProphet algorithm gave the lowest mean squared error.

4. Customer Data Enrichment (Data Enrichment)
    - Natural Language Processing is used to identify the category, such as Health, Food, Fitness, etc.

5. Feature Engineering to Time Series Data (Data Enrichment)
    - Feature engineer the time-series customer data and voice usages over one year and represent the customer's usage in a few data points.
    - Features were generated using Fourier transform.
    - Generated features were added to the feature store in the data lake.

6. TensorFlow Extended Experiments (MLOps)
    - Run experiments on ML model deployments using the TensorFlow Extended framework.
    - Experiment results were used to compare and contrast the TFX and AWS Sagemaker deployment tools.

7. Cloud Migration POC (MLOps)
    - Run experiments on ML model training on both AWS and GCP Cloud platforms.
