If you want to get shit done, do it in person.

4. Building a large sales team

The goal is to have 20–25 people in our sales team this year.

We teach sales, so we better have a top 1% sales team.

5. Split focus

I’m not doing it alone. I have a COO and Head of Education.

Scaling aggressively requires a plan.

You shouldn’t have to do more work to scale.
