Step-by-step guide to ruin your email infrastructure in 2025 :


1️⃣ Use your primary domain for cold outreach. Who needs subdomains anyway?

2️⃣ Add 3 links, a video, and maybe a GIF for good luck on your first email.

3️⃣ Send the same email to at least 1,000 prospects. Personalization is overrated, right?

4️⃣ Skip Icypeas for email verification. Who cares if it bounces, as long as it sends.

5️⃣ Throw in a few spam words like “FREE,” “GUARANTEED,” and “LIMITED TIME OFFER.” Works every time.

Posted my first cold call recording today… and yes, it definitely wasn’t perfect.

 But that’s exactly why I shared it.

On this call, I hit almost every classic objection:
🔴 “Reach out in the first week of January.”
 🔴 “I’m not the decision-maker.”
 🔴 “Just send me an email.”

Instead of backing off, I leaned in as a Founding SDR, embracing the reality that I’ll face more failures than wins, and every rep is a chance to sharpen the blade.

I kicked off the call with a pain-first, problem-centric approach, diving right into the challenges teams face when trying to open doors at enterprise accounts. 

From there, I tried to add real value by tailoring a quick, custom mini-demo aligned to their exact use case.

Was it smooth? Not really.
 Was it a win? Definitely.

Because progress doesn’t come from perfect calls, it comes from being willing to fail publicly, iterate, and grow.
