- Gestion des exposants : Dossier technique, bon de commande, gestion de plan de masse, coordination sur place des collaborateurs
- Webinar intéractifs & plateau TV : Mise en place des équipes techniques et accompagnement personnalisé auprès des forces de vente, repérage et validation des lieux (Paris / province) afin de mettre en place différents lieux de retransmissions en direct répondant au cahier des charges.
- Préparation de réunions en interne : mise en place dashboard & synthèse auprès du chef de projet.
