I come from a family of employees.

Good people. 
Hard workers. 
Steady paychecks.

Nobody ever started a business.

You need delusion.

I get called lucky a lot.

And honestly? I have been lucky.

I had savings when I quit my job.

I told everyone about my big idea.

Then I did nothing about it for a year.

5 tough but important lessons 2025 taught me:

(That made my life way better)

1. Authenticity has a price and it’s worth it

Some people will disagree no matter what. The best part? Just by being yourself you attract exactly who and what gives you energy. That’s a win in my books.

2. There are no "perfect" timelines

It might take 10 days,10 months or 10 years. There is no right or wrong. Respect the process because you can’t rush it. You are exactly where you’re meant to be.

3. Doubt your limits not your potential

You limit yourself with your thoughts and actions a lot more than you think our circumstances do. Most of your limits are inherited beliefs you never challenged.

4. Success/happiness is not a destination

It's a process, a practice and a never ending journey. No thing or person can give it to you. There’s no moment where everything clicks forever. You make it click. 

5. There’s no elevator to success, take the stairs

You reach the level you want when you've become capable of reaching it. The long way is the short way because it's the only way that gets you there.

3 things that LOSE you clients:

(and what to do instead)

80% of creators quit within 2 years.

It's not because they lack talent.
It's because they follow outdated advice.

Popular advice is like popular music these days.

Just because it's popular... 
Doesn't mean it's any good.

Here are 3 things to NOT do (starting today):

1) "Post everyday"

This is a fast-track to burning out ASAP.

One of my clients grew their followers by 40% in the last 20 days. They only post 3 times a week.

Find what works for you. Post high quality content.

2) "Never sell in your content"

First: Why would you want to be an underpaid creator?

Second: I have client with less than 5k followers that makes $20k/month.

How?

They sell in their content. (strategically)

3) “Just be consistent”

This is the laziest advice someone can give you.

Your primary goal should be to figure out the 20% of activities in your business that bring 80% of the results.

Then double down on those.

2.5 years ago, I launched my coaching biz on Linkedin. 

(Here are the top 5 lessons I’ve learned:)

1) Process over outcome

Being your own boss sounds like a fun idea. 
But committing to that idea comes with:

- Having no days off 
- Taking complete responsibility and accountability
- Doing uncomfortable things that force you to grow

If you want the outcome, embrace the process.

2) Keep showing up

90% of your success depends on how well you can keep showing up even when there's nothing to show for it.

If you keep doing that… there will be results to show for it.

3) Nobody will get it

- Friends won't really understand it
- Family won't see your unique vision 
- People will probably make fun of you

It's okay. It's not a group project. Keep doing you.

4) Quality over everything

Focus on delivering the product/service you can.

People don't care how much you care about them.
They care that you get them results.

Everything else is just noise. 

5) The leverage gap

If you haven’t reached a certain level yet, you just need to acquire more skill and/or knowledge to get there. 

You don't fake it til you make it. You learn it til you earn it.

Keep learning. Keep growing. 

You got this.

"Don't give away all your secrets"

Watch me.

The value of your paid stuff... 
Is judged on the quality of your free stuff

The tricky part is, this is easy to get WRONG.

What valuable content is NOT:

- A post full of "30 big lessons" 
- A huge information dump
- A detailed how-to guide

What valuable content IS:

- 1 hard lesson you learned
- 1 story that reframes a belief
- 1 problem. 1 solution. 1 takeaway

And most importantly…

Valuable content does one thing very well:

It prioritizes the WHY not just the HOW.

When people know WHY they need your solution...
They understand HOW it can really help them.
Showing the “why” is actually more useful.

So remember:

1. Make it easy to understand
2. Make them see it’s important
3. Make it immediately applicable

Real value = changing someone’s beliefs.

Your free stuff could help more people than your paid stuff ever will. 

Impact is the only measure of success.

If you make content like everyone knows you 
You never allow anyone to GET to know you.

The solution?

More "Awareness" Content

Content that:

- Grabs the attention of your readers
- Tells them more about what you do
- Tells them more about your story

(This is great for top of funnel)

→ It brings new people in
→ Builds greater connection
→ Gets you new leads everyday 

That's how you grow your audience with content. 

But the REAL trick?

Connecting it back to how it helps THEM:

• Tell them about your offer (indirectly)
• Tell them who you are (to connect)
• Show them proof (to build trust)

Because that’s what sticks.

3 rules that will blow up your creator business:

...In 2026 (and every year after)

These are the EXACT rules that allowed me to 3x my creator business last year (while working less).

1) Start with the END in mind.

Question: What's the goal of every business activity?
The Answer: To either grow or improve your business.

Lesson: If it doesn't benefit your biz, it's not a priority.

2) Your clients = Your BEST proof.

I have a clients who:

- Have more expensive offers than me
- Have less followers but make more money
- Have gone viral way more than I ever have

That's the point. Them winning = You winning.

3) Less strategy. MORE buyers.

My best clients have come to me when I let them.

But... what does that mean?

It means you can't force it.
So stop trying to force it.

1. Give out value (generously)
2. Share your story (authentically)
3. Showcase your proof (tastefully)

Sort these out.

And the rest will sort itself out.

Get in the DMs. Start real conversations. Listen.

Stop creating only for the masses.
Start connecting with those who matter.

Your next client isn't in your post analytics.

They might be in your DMs. Waiting.

Use:

- Stories
- Principles
- Belief shifts
- Common mistakes

Things that make them think: "I never saw it like that"

2) Education - Middle of Funnel

(teach them something useful)

Now that you have their attention...
You can teach them something unique

- Pain-Solutions
- Step by steps
- Frameworks
- Lists

Remember: Just 1 idea they can apply immediately.

3) Conversion - Bottom of Funnel

(show them why they should trust you)

- Case studies
- Personal results
- Client transformations

This is not about "flexing numbers".
It's about giving context and building trust.

Once you get it down:

1. Track what works
2. Create more like those
4. Repeat. (It's a long game)

Simplicity scales.

How to make your posts more magnetic (instantly)

Steal this 4 step checklist:

I've worked with organic (and paid) content for over half a decade.

Writing captivating content is NOT about: 

- Having a profound idea
- Amazing writing or “value” 
- Copying what already works

ANY idea can go viral.

ANY story can be magnetic.

It just needs to check these 4 boxes:

1. Hook - it creates pain, curiosity or desire
2. Emotion - it's relatable/inspiring/motivating
3. Takeaway - the message is clear and simple
4. Useful/unique - makes you think "that's interesting"

That's it. 

If your post didn't do well, 1 (or more) was off.
If it did better than you thought, you nailed these.

Go look at your best posts, you’ll see the pattern.

Now you know exactly how to double down on it.

Unique content is in.

I've seen creators with 100k+ followers struggle to sell a $100 course.

Why?

Every post effects how your ICP FEELS about you.

And like it or not... relating to your ICP is a lot more important than stuffing them with information.

Uniqueness > Value.

(But first, let's define the two)

Value content:

- How to do x without y
- x steps to get y outcome
- x resources you didn't know 

It's generic. Anyone could say it. It doesn't work.

Unique content:

- Your personal opinion
- Your actual experience
- Your real life proof

It's real. It's interesting. You can be proud of it.

But there's a catch.

Your unique content MUST be two things:

1. Useful - helps someone learn something
2. Relatable - is relevant to your audience

Nail those two. You've got a banger.

Being YOU and being USEFUL are the 2 most profitable things you can do as a creator.

That’s how you become in “in demand” creator.
