Today I turned 29. 

I won’t share 29 lessons. But I will share 1…

The biggest lesson I've learned this year:

You don't see things as they are.
You see them as you choose to.

What do the most successful people have in common?

They see:

Lessons where others see failure.
Opportunity where others see risk.
Greatness where others see challenge.

I've had some big wins this year:
 
- Audience grew by 70%
- Met tons of amazing people
- Creator OS+ doubled in clients
 
But the greatest win this year...
 
Has been how I've FELT. Daily.
 
Lighter.
Happier.
More fulfilled.

You don't start winning after you win something.

You win when you start acting like a winner.
You win when you start feeling like you are.

Celebrate your wins. 

But also celebrate yourself.

Appreciate you joining me on another trip around the sun.

The wrong LinkedIn strategy:

Trying to do everything yourself.

Yes, even if you’re a one person business.

The RIGHT Linkedin strategy:

Focus on building...

- Strong relationships
- with people who support you
- with skills that complement yours

If you want:

- to gain followers
- to sign more clients
- to make a bigger impact

Remember:

It's not WHAT you know...
It's WHO you know.

This applies to most career paths.

Relationships are everything.

Prioritize people.

I get plenty of likes. But no clients.

I hear this all the time...

Especially from creators with 10K–50K followers.

- They’re consistent
- Their audience engages
- Their content looks very good

But there’s 1 big problem:

They’re teaching to entertain, not convert.

(I get 90% of my clients from my content)

Here’s how you can too: 

1) Solve painful problems:

- Address actual pains your ICP has
- Highlight the benefit of solving it
- Position yourself as the solution. 

Most people just skip this.

2) Don't impress, relate:

Bad: My best sales script template
Good: Why you're struggling to close (and how to fix it)

Make them FEEL seen and understood.

3) Give insight not value:

80% "Why" and 20% "How"

Value: "Steal this lead magnet formula"
Insight: "How I doubled my leads"

Value creates viewers. Insight creates buyers.
_

4) Honorable mentions:

1. Focus on pains, dream outcomes and beliefs
2. Clients don't buy info. They buy clarity
3. Use content to earn trust, not likes
4. Repeat your core ideas often

You don’t need to post more. 
You just need a better strategy.

It’s been 19 months since my first post on LinkedIn.

That first post got 803 views.
My last post got 4,848 views.

In the time between the first and the last one:

I've generated:

- 2,301,287 impressions
- 69,915 reactions
- 58,428 comments

It's safe to say... I've learned some things.

Here are my top 4 (Most UNDERRATED) tips:

1) Be felt, not understood

Emotion is like a big amplifier.
Feeling → memory → trust → conversion.

2) Include a frame shift

People follow people who change how they think.
Ask: “Does this present a NEW way of thinking?”
_

3) Add “positive tension”

Use contradiction to your advantage.
Example: “Discipline IS freedom.”
_

4) Find “unique” angles

Everyone does “my top x tips”.
My “most underrated” tips is different.

Bonus…

5) Use reciprocity

Give a little extra… like a cherry on top.
If you promised 4 tips… give 5.

Nobody talks about this, but…

There are 2 extreme views on patience:

1. "Patience is a virtue" 
2. "Patience is for losers"

I disagree with BOTH.

I think:

1. You need to be patient to succeed, of course
2. But you need to understand what patience is

What do I mean?

You can't control everything...
So you need patience for that.

But at the same time…

Patience doesn't mean settling for mediocre.

The BEST lesson I’ve learned about patience in my business is that:

- Be patient with the results.
- Be impatient with your actions.

If something doesn’t work, change it.

If it is working… Do it more (and better)

It took me 18 months of painfully testing things to figure out what works. 

That’s why I can get the results I get today.

(For myself and my clients)

You don’t need to rush. 
But you don’t need to settle. 

You'll find that things fall into place..

Is to understand who you serve better than them.

Writing on Linkedin is easy.

(Specially if you understand this)

I've written 100s of offers, 300+ presentations, 600+ posts and 2000+ emails.

Some were great. (some weren't)

What made good ones do well?

It’s not the time I put in… It’s WHAT I said + HOW I said it.

(Here are my 3 biggest lessons)

1) Simple = effective

- Simple language
- Readable formatting
- 1 idea. 1 message. 1 CTA

2) Never write to "everyone"

- Pick "one" person to speak to
- Write like a message not a speech
- Specificity sells (for many more $ too)

3) "Why should they care?"

- Always have a clear takeaway
- Ask: "will this improve their life?"
- Use proof to back your argument

TL:DR;

1. Keep your writing simple
2. Write for your ideal reader
3. Make sure it's relevant/useful

Writing is just communication.

The ability to effectively communicate with your audience, is one of the highest ROI skills you can have.

At this point you've either:

1. crushed most of your goals
2. nowhere near getting them

Either way, you're fine.

Because a calendar is irrelevant.

Success doesn't care about what month it is.

(You shouldn't either)

I've seen way too many people get caught up in: 

- Their ideal timelines
- Having the perfect strategy
- Needing everything to be right

(I've seen it in myself AND my clients)

And as soon as we remove those expectations and deadlines… and just focus on getting really good…

Suddenly EVERYTHING takes off.

The only thing that matters is:

- That you do the thing
- Do it in a way you enjoy
- Continue to learn and improve

We give too much importance to progress or timelines.

But the magic is NOT in the results.

It's in the execution, the mistakes and the lessons.

Massive growth is built on...

"Embarrassingly small" actions.

Tiny wins are often overlooked.
But they are incredibly meaningful.

- a ton of motivation
- more talent than others

Sometimes, it’s just about practice.

The more you do something, the better you get.
The longer you play the game, the easier it is.

If you can practice something. You can master it.

That means the possibilities... are endless.

Quality doesn't beat Quantity.
Quality IS Quantity... compounded.

I help people achieve their business goals.
